Our charming holiday house is located not far from the center of Medulin and the Medulin beaches, on fenced property and surrounded with garden. It si ideal for families with children and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with one sleeping possibility on the couch, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and one separate toilet. From the living room guests have access to a covered terrace and a barbecue is available in the yard.

Spacious 5 bedroom- family house located in Premantura, the southernmost tip of Istrian peninsula. Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline. House is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with small apartment nearby .

Casa Percan - 5 min walk to the beach

Casa Percan is a new and modern holiday home with whirlpool. A large swimming pool with deckchairs is available for use right across the street. It's located in a quiet part of Premantura. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms (one bed 160 x 200 and two bunk beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a free private parking. In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.

Prime location modern family home with a swimming pool situated only 150 m from the beach Uvala Soline, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and one couch sofa. The beautiful city centre is 2.5 km away and well connected with bus lines. House consist of outside deck with barbecue and lounge, a swimming pool (7x3) with sundbeds, yard with a swing surrounded with greenery. Guests have a private parking space for 2 cars. The swimming pool was newly built in 2023

Welcome our dear guests to our house in Fazana. The house is located in old town only 80 m from the sea. The nearest beach is only 2 min walk from the house. Restaurants are just around the corner, wifi and air conditioner included in price! Parking 28€ per week . There is also parking places near the house but the price is higher.
