Beachfront holiday rentals in Preston Beach

Second time we’ve stayed here and loved it as usual. Character home that’s clean and comfortable with amenities for longer stays. Hope we can come again.

We made wonderful memories over the new year with the kids and grand parents at Tina’s place. Peaceful garden, comfortable home in a lovely neighbourhood. Perfect for a little get away near the beach. ❤️

Exactly as described and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach. Appreciated the aircon. Lots of stairs/levels which created lots of separate spaces perfect for our two teens. Loved the board games and books and extra beach towels. Thanks for a great stay.

The cottage was perfect for us and our 18 year old little dog,very secure. Everything was provided ,we didn’t want for anything. Perfect location ,close to the beach and local shops. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at Peppy Beach Retreat. The house was beautiful and the surroundings were fantastic. You are just by the beach and the views are stunning. The house is extremely comfortable and the hosts are very responsive. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property!

This was our first christmas by our self with our little dog, we had the most wonderful time the views where to die for absolutely wonderful .loved every minute of our stay will definitely go back again the hosts where so wonderful and friendly

Damon was a terrific host who was super flexible and easy to deal with. His home is absolutely amazing both in layout and location. Everything was clean and convenient, really perfect for activities on the beach and just a short walk from Bunburys Main Street. Myself and the group of girls who stayed would definitely recommend!!

A great house to watch the ocean and enjoy time with friends! Good sized bedrooms with very comfy beds and many areas around the house to sit back and relax. The pool was super inviting and the access to the beach was easy. The kitchen was very adequate, but it could definitely use another fridge, particularly considering you are able to accommodate that many people. The house is in need of a little TLC, however it didn't detract from us having a terrific break. Cloudbnb Management were also very responsive - hope to be back sometime :)

Marcellas place, is the place to stay! Marcella is so friendly and really helpful and responsive, Marcella really helped us out with check in and out instructions and additional help with a later than usual check in! The apartment itself is perfectly situated a few minutes walk from the beach, having parking available was super handy and the pool was such a nice amenity It was clean and tidy and really really lovely The bed was comfy and the block is super quiet There was also some really cute little snacks on check in that were definitely appreciated after 24 hours of travel I cannot recommend marcellas place enough, friendly host, perfect location, lovely apartment! Thank you so much Marcella for having us!!

Melinda’s property is really well-located within the Footsteps resort, close to the reception building and pool. The apartment was clean and perfectly matched the description. The beds were really comfy and the showers hot and powerful. The resort is a short walk from Preston Beach and the pool was quiet and great for the kids as relatively shallow throughout. There aren’t many places to eat nearby but restaurants within a 30 min drive. We had a great stay.

An immaculately presented space with extremely comfortable beds. Leonie’s communication was responsive and helpful. The stars of the show though are the pool and the view. The pool is so thoughtfully designed to take in the ocean vista and has gorgeous iridescent tiles with a seat all along one side to sit and watch the world and the waves go by. If you’re going with a few people, lucky you if you get main bedroom!! Sweeping views of miles of coastline, automatic blinds, and a generous walk in robe and bathroom. The location is in driving distance to local attractions and shopping centres and Uber Eats will deliver.

Ben’s place exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, unbelievable pool and view of the beach.

My family had a really lovely long weekend staying in this apartment. My kids (2 and 4) slept comfortably on the sofa bed at night and loved swimming at the beach and in the pool during the day, as well as running around on the grass out the front. The spa bath is massive and was enjoyed every night. The location is perfect – we didn’t use our car all weekend! The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and features really nice appliances. It was also fantastic to have a washing machine and a private washing line in the courtyard. We can’t wait to return 😍

Amazing location with the beach across the road and Todd's Cafe next door, plus all the amenities the house provides, only disappointment was on arrival the pool had not been cleaned and was very dirty. Overall it's a great spot, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

This is a beautiful place to stay it's exceptionally clean and comfortable. Kym is a fantastic host it was our second time staying at this apartment and we would stay again and again we absolutely love it.

Great host with a great place. We had a great stay and the area of secret harbour was stunning. Managed to get some kite surfing in locally as well as some much needed down time. Would recommend!

An overdue review, sorry Brett! Wow, it was one of those rare stays that I won't be able to stop coming back for more. Brett as a host was perfection, clear instructions, accomodating and so patient with my needs to ensure the booking, to the very last moment of a very late check-out (which he gave complimentary.) The apartment was immaculate, and had EVERYTHING your home would need if not more. Sleeping was so comfortable, and we felt like we had complete privacy and autonomy with the home, with Brett being an immediate message away. The beach is just stone throw away, action of nightlife and restaurants a short walk whilst having the privacy and quiet of a residential area in evening. This will be my Bunbury home away from home for sure and looking forward to my next visit already. Thank you so much Brett!!

Cove cottage is a lovely clean holiday home, with everything to suit most needs. It’s a very quiet location within easy reach to Mandurah’s cafes and shops. It has great views over the estuary. Delvy is a lovely host with good communication. We would highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was beautiful and it’s the little things that make a difference. Everything I needed was there and I even received essentials for food and a bottle of wine. Truly a great place to stay and it made my time here for work so much easier and enjoyable.
