Randy’s home is very private and in a country setting. The house is spacious with nice furniture, very comfortable beds and a wonderful deck. We were attending a function at Sailor’s Creek Park which is very close by so it was perfect for us. Farmville is close enough if you need restaurants or groceries. We definitely recommend Randy’s home if you are in this area.

Only good things to say about our stay here! A lovely home with many thoughtful details (lights switches labeled, an outlet on the nightstand for phone charger, pack n play and booster seat if you are traveling with kids) that make the stay nice. Great proximity to Farmville but quiet with a peaceful little backyard too.

The place was perfect for the first couple nights of our honeymoon. Super close to the quaint town of Farmville. The surrounding area was peaceful, serene, and private despite being near a road. The inside was cozy and the perfect size for my bride and I. Kay was very friendly and responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay in the Carriage House!

“The Schoolhouse" is a fantastic find in downtown Farmville! We loved the walkable access to Longwood University, shops, and restaurants. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped with a fenced yard, fun basement games, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen is great, and the bedrooms are comfortable. Plus, it's minutes from High Bridge Trail State Park and other outdoor activities. A truly convenient and enjoyable stay in a charming location! Highly recommended.

Peaceful, beautiful and cozy getaway!

We stayed for a family birthday party in Farmville and the location was great for us and our seven year old. The adjoining bedrooms were especially helpful for our child. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and was walking distance to Main Street. We could stay again!

Great stay! You could tell they put a lot of thought into every detail inside the house. All the decorations and great use of space, made it homey but didn’t feel cramped. Plenty to do for all ages, tv’s, books, games, fishing in the pond, or just sitting by the fireplace while taking in the lake/country views. There’s a good amount of restaurants + stores for a small town (FarmVille) which is convenient.

As my first time actually renting an Airbnb. I enjoyed it a lot. When I needed something all I did was ask Eric. He’s very responsive and sweet. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family when they come over for the holidays. This place is very affordable.

Quiet and u got a meat mrket acroos the street and there's a dollar general next dorr u can walk

Both Pamela and her husband Dee were exceptionally welcoming. It was like having a friend welcome us to a new area. We enjoyed the added touches you don’t get in a hotel such as the fantastic homemade soap to the reading material around our room. The chance of a deer standing in the yard. Very personal yet professional.

My trip was very busy so I didn't get to spend much time at the apartment. However, it was refreshing to come to a peaceful and clean space at the end of an active day. I had some confusion with my air bnb acct. and almost thought I was out of a place to stay but Pam was very patient and we worked through the confusion. I would stay again and recommend to others.

this is a beautiful location. inside is nice & open with furniture that minimizes clutter & adds to the openness feeling. beds were comfortable, made with crisp linen. great water pressure that kept hot even after three showers back to back. this is nicely located in the countryside only an hour away from Crest Falls and Natural Bridge. lynchburg is right around the corner for excellent eats & a Sheetz is right down the road if you need anything. they made a nice hiking trail in the back, it leaves you feeling the complete peace of being surrounded outdoors. stay here, it's well worth it.
