Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Prince Edward County

We had an excellent time, and the farmhouse was exactly what we had hoped. The view is amazing, and the surrounding farm was such a delight. We enjoyed watching the goats in the backyard and the adorable pigs running around. The house was perfect for us. The fully fenced yard was ideal for the dogs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and found everything we needed to prepare the meal in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. We enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit and the view of the stars was phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your home with us, and allowing the dogs!

Nicely renovated and clean ranch house was a comfortable and peaceful stay for my husband, son and I as we vistited family in the area. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch every day out in peaceful nature. Lezlie was very responsive. Would stay again.

Our family of seven spent two nights here to have family Thanksgiving, The drive to the house is very beautiful with mountains in the distance. The house was very spacious and clean. The integrity of the farm house itself is very warm, with many of the original floors and woodwork. The game room in the basement is a plus. Morning walks down by the creek give you an opportunity to be connected to nature. Very special visit and most definitely would recommend this charming home to others. We had an amazing stay at Bella Vista! The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Donna was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything I needed. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The Guest House is conveniently located in Powhatan which was perfect for attending a local family event. The house is cozy and offers many amenities. We will happily reserve this location again!

The house was everything I expected and more. We had a belated Christmas gathering of 16 people in Blackstone because it was about 2 hours away from everyone. Board games, a (careful) scavenger hunt through the house, and lots of sweet fellowship highlighted our long weekend. Jim and Megan made themselves available to help us rescue a stray kitten who wondered up. We enjoyed visiting the antique shop, and I highly recommend the homemade pies at Clay’s Garden Shop.

As my first time actually renting an Airbnb. I enjoyed it a lot. When I needed something all I did was ask Eric. He’s very responsive and sweet. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family when they come over for the holidays. This place is very affordable.

Both Pamela and her husband Dee were exceptionally welcoming. It was like having a friend welcome us to a new area. We enjoyed the added touches you don’t get in a hotel such as the fantastic homemade soap to the reading material around our room. The chance of a deer standing in the yard. Very personal yet professional.

My trip was very busy so I didn't get to spend much time at the apartment. However, it was refreshing to come to a peaceful and clean space at the end of an active day. I had some confusion with my air bnb acct. and almost thought I was out of a place to stay but Pam was very patient and we worked through the confusion. I would stay again and recommend to others.

this is a beautiful location. inside is nice & open with furniture that minimizes clutter & adds to the openness feeling. beds were comfortable, made with crisp linen. great water pressure that kept hot even after three showers back to back. this is nicely located in the countryside only an hour away from Crest Falls and Natural Bridge. lynchburg is right around the corner for excellent eats & a Sheetz is right down the road if you need anything. they made a nice hiking trail in the back, it leaves you feeling the complete peace of being surrounded outdoors. stay here, it's well worth it.

Loved staying at Debbie’s place. She left out plenty of snacks and drinks for us to have. The apartment was extremely clean and looked even better than the photos! I would definitely stay there again in the future.
