Private parking for three cars. 6 beach badges are included in the rental. No drugs or prom rentals are allowed, must be 25 or older or accompanied by a parent during the entire stay. This rental listing prohibits group rentals and disruptive gatherings, regardless of size which may disturbances to the surrounding community.
