House holiday rentals in Procida

The flat is really nice, decorated with taste and very clean. We were working there and the wifi is great! Aurelio and his mom are friendly people, and always available if needed. The location is perfect to visit Ischia, near the beach, the port and the bus station.

Perfect for our small family reunion. The 20 by 9 metres swimming pool (depth over 2 metres) was the centrepiece of our daytime activities and was kept immaculately with cleaning every morning. A huge choice of secluded sitting areas to relax, chat, eat or just daydream. The two kitchens on the lower floor were fully equipped, but it was so easy to have pizza delivered or to stroll to restaurants that we didn’t need to make use of them. The established gardens provided a beautiful backdrop to this corner of paradise. We were delighted by everything.

What can I say about this slice of heaven? The view was the best I’ve seen. The little pool was perfect, the big outdoor table and bbq so inviting to use. Comfy beds, huge kitchen, clean bathroom. Just what me and my friend needed for a week’s holiday! A bit of a walk up a hill so be mindful of that. Easy to get there - ferry from Naples, then the no. 6 bus to Nik Bar (€14 for a week pass). 20 mins walk up to Trattoria Il Focolare (featured on Stanley Tucci’s programme) and 20 min walk down to Tenuta del Cannavale for a natural wine tasting. We had a great time despite the fickle weather. Francesco welcomed us very warmly and informed us of all the places to visit. He was super and caring. We went to Ischia the week before Easter and so the property was still in preparation for the season and the pool was closed because the water was too cold for the period. The apartment offers a beautiful view on the port of Ischia and met our expectations. Just like the really beautiful communal terrace and offering a great view of Ischia. Small downside however, it would really be necessary to renovate the showers and especially the knobs. There was no pressure and when you are five people, it's a bit complicated and long. Similarly, a little more supply in the kitchen would be welcome like tea towels for example.

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

Maria and Erico were very helpful. Erico offered to take us to the supermarket once we arrived and check on us through our stay. Any language barrier was easily overcome with google translate. Would recommended this place to others.

A group of friends and I decided to spend the Easter day at this residence. In other words, Mrs. Flora's friendliness and kindness were impeccable, as were the cleanliness and condition of the house, clean and cared for in every detail. During the day we felt like we knew that place always, it was like being at home and Mrs. Flora did not place any limits on us, thus making the stay pleasant and full of fun. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a day out, also given the outdoor space that allows you to organize lunches and dinners for large groups. Also very kind is Mr. Entico, Flora's husband, who also provided us with a dove to complete the menu of the day. I highly recommend stopping here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We particularly remember the magnificent view with unobstructed views of the sea, the soothing tranquility and the ideal location. The small cottage is a cozy retreat for relaxing days and a good starting point for excursions. Pierfrancesco also gave us valuable tips for culinary experiences. The apartment is well equipped; however, there was a small problem with the boiler during our stay. Pierfrancesco took care of it quickly and easily and offered a great solution so that we could enjoy our stay without restrictions. Thank you Pierfrancesco!

It's a wonderful quiet place with an amazing view. The co-host Alex was very helpful and available whenever we needed his advice. Definitely check out the restaurant down the road! It's an experience!

Selena’s place was wonderful, what a great stay, amazing views, terrace and garden with a view and in the Sun at all hours of the day, direct access to a beach a 2 minute walk to the town very nice décor and spot clean. I highly recommend !

Casa Vives is a hidden gem in Ischia! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment was clean, spacious and conveniently located near the bus stop connecting you Forio & beyond. Supermarket across the road, 15 minute walk to the beach & great pizza restaurant next door. Definitely recommend!

It is difficult to describe Sofia’s fantastic personality in a short review. She is a wonderful, passionate and very empathetic host. The property is amazing and very clean and quiet. I really loved my stay and sofia helped me a lot and we got along perfectly. I will come back to this wonderul place. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Grazie Sofia❤️❤️

A small house hanging above the sea. Simple but functional and clean house. Away from the hyper center and quiet. The balcony terrace is wonderful, one of the best views of the island on the Corichella Navy and the Bay of Naples. We would stay there for hours at any time of the day or night. Friendly and generous welcome (lemons and cakes). Definitely recommend.

Great communication with hosts. Check-in hassle-free. The house is cute and cozy. Very comfortable beds! A nice touch - the panettone and sparkling wine we found on the kitchen table. Perfect location! Close to the port, bus stop and also the castle.

A fantastic rustic little apartment in what was once - probably - the guard barracks for the prison walls that surround it. On one side it is three stories high and on the other it is at ground level. Much of the former prison has been remade into apartments and art galleries, but a large portion is still run down prison. A community of locals and holiday renters dwell within. It is a very friendly environment locally as soon as you step on the island or your own front door. Giuseppe, the host is very supportive and dealt with our only issue - with a hot water problem - in about 15 minutes after we called. We arrived on foot from the ferry, but unless you are better than decently fit I don't recommend it. Pulling a suitcase on wheels on cobblestones gets tiring quickly. I'd recommend renting an e-bike for your visit (especially if heading for the other end of the island), or at a minimum getting a taxi or using the bus when arriving from the ferry. A great location and a quirky home.

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Raffaele’s wife, Theresa met us at the ferry port and walked with us to their place. On the way, she pointed where the bus stops and shops were and this made our arrival extremely easy. Sea view from the terrace was lovely and they gave us a lot of lemons and oranges from their garden which were so fresh and delicious. For us it was in a convenient location as we could walk to the ferry terminal, shops, restaurants, bars and bus station.
