Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

Well-maintained place, host ready for any eventuality and available at any time of the day. Very clean apartment in a well-kept setting. The location is really ideal: it is in a quiet area close to the center.

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

We stayed with Vinci and her daughter during the Easter holidays. We had a great time, convenient location for visiting Perugia and Assisi. The welcome was warm, they even offered us two homemade cakes during our stay. The two hosts were also very helpful in giving us tips for typical restaurants to dine in. The apartment is new, bright, clean and reflects the photos well. When we left, we were also given a very good homemade jam. Highly recommended stay
