What a great house to base a trip to explore Charlottesville and the Northern Shenandoah Valley out of! Monticello, The Blue Ridge Parkway, wineries; all waiting for your arrival. Steve and Debbie’s Rose Cottage all of the amenities to set the mood for a wonderful adventure. Oh, did I mention the heated bathroom floor? Toasty!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house was perfect for our family. It was convenient to Wintergreen resort and not far to some local restaurants. We enjoyed our time and happy with all that was offered. Ben was super responsive and willing to help with any questions.

The house was warm, comfortable and inviting. It was also very well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Location was convenient to restaurants and entertainment while still feeling secluded.

This was the perfect spot for our trip. A friend of mine and I brought our teenage sons for a quick weekend snowboarding trip, and needed somewhere with three sleeping areas. The loft had 2 beds and a fully bath which was exactly what we needed for the boys. It was super convenient to everything with a shuttle stop right out front. Plenty of parking, great amenities, clean, and easy to find! Also very cozy! We’ll definitely return!

This home is unique and perfect for a weekend getaway. It had everything we needed. The host was quick with communication and has great attention to details. We will be back!

This was our family’s second time staying here and we’re already talking about next time. Stunning views, has all the amenities and fits our family of 4 perfectly with room to spare. We enjoyed pizza on the deck watching the sunset, cozying by the fireplace for movie nights and the easy, quick drive to the slopes. Great place and great value!!

We loved our stay!! I hosted my Team Retreat here and it was absolutely beautiful!! The light, the decor, the amazing bathtub -- we had a great, relaxing time!! Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room area, and we loved having the second sitting area in the upstairs unit. It's also not far from downtown Lexington so we could enjoy a day out & plenty of restaurant options!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Everyone was very happy with the house, location, and amenities. Minor things- 1. Handle on dishwasher is loose and came off 2. Bedroom behind kitchen with wood slat accent wall- a board fell to the floor a few times/ we kept putting it back up. 3. The sidewalk from parking area to house needs some attention. My daughter in law stepped into a hole / low spot in the sidewalk and nearly turned her ankle and caught herself before falling. Overall, Everyone loved the home- location, condition, quality etc.

100 Stars!!! ⭐️ We reached out to Jessica (owner) and Cindy (host) about booking a stay on very short notice after losing heat at a separate Airbnb - in the middle of some very cold winter weather. They were immediately responsive, kind and so welcoming of our family of 4 and senior pup. They happily accommodated our short notice. Cindy arrived ahead of us to get the place warm and toasty while her husband cleared the snow from the driveway - and even had welcome goodies upon our arrival to-boot. The home itself was spotless. I have stayed in many wonderful airbnbs, but this one was by far the cleanest. We felt right at home and spoiled with the beautiful views of the fresh snowfall and creek in the backyard. So much heart and attention to detail - our son loved the touch of bean bags in his room! Could not recommend enough and we hope to come back for another wonderful vacation!
