Villa holiday rentals in Province of Caserta

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

Gianni was a nice and reponsive host and we really enjoyed our stay. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Gianni had a lot of great tips for the neaby city of Sant'Agata de Goti which positively surprised us. The garden and house are exactly as in the pictures. It may be a bit rustic in places but everything works as expected.

Salvatore was very communicative early on, which was much appreciated. It is not far from town but it is a very rural area with small bumpy roads. I do not recommend arriving at night on your first night if at all possible just because of how dark it can get on the rural roads. However, once we arrived, the place was lit up with music playing throughout the entire villa. We were met with a warm greeting from our host and even got to meet a few of the kitties that live on the property. We had the place to ourselves for the length of our stay, so Salvatore quickly showed us where all the light switches were and how to operate the professional kitchen. The view from the kitchen and the walkway to the bedrooms is stunning. The rooms are in the tower of the building, nicely decorated and very clean. Town was only about 10 minutes away to grab a pizza or groceries. Naples and Pompeii were a little over an hour away. Highly recommend this villa if looking for a place off the beaten path.

We had a great time. Sabrina and Annamaria are two wonderful people and always available ❤️as soon as we have the chance. We will definitely return.

Being in Giulia's place is like being at home. Equipped with everything that could be useful and is also beautifully furnished! Easy to find and parking inside (always appreciated). The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, but the most beautiful thing is the terrace: it offers great tranquility and is also sheltered in case of rain, which is not obvious. Not to mention Giulia, although we only stayed one day she was really a great host: available for schedule flexibility and always responsive to messages. It was a pleasant discovery and we can't wait to come back, thank you!

Communication with Vincenzo's was great, the house was as described and we enjoyed the space and the quiet neighbourhood. You need a car but the motorway is not far to do visits around Naples and the beach is 5 minutes drive.

A really nice and well-kept villa, everything clean and even decorated for the Christmas week. Our group of 10 had the absolute best time. Lovely stay and comfortable rooms, clean and with all the comforts. Maria Grazie is very kind and super helpful. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Opuntia, what a beautiful location with amazing views and such friendly people in the local area. The villa itself was as described, with comfortable bedrooms, decent bathrooms, lots of space, a well equipped kitchen, two barbecue areas, several seating areas and a lovely pool that was just the right size. Mike made us feel very welcome and was there to greet us despite our arrival late at night. He always responded quickly and helpfully to any messages and rapidly provided anything we were short of (some more wine glasses were supplied within two of hours of realising we needed some more). Mike gave us lots of suggestions for great local eateries and places to visit. We particularly enjoyed our morning at the Piedmonte Matese Monday market, as well as our drive up into the hills behind the town. Very twisty roads with amazing views, and an unforgettable lunch and vista at Restaurant Rurù in San Gregorio Matese. Definitely recommended!
