Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Province of Como

We would really recommend staying at Tommaso’s apartment. It is in a great location, was clean, tidy and comfortable. Checking in and out is easy via the lock box and communication with Tommaso was easy

We were here as a family and enjoyed the cozy, beautiful and large apartment very much. Quiet location, super nice view of the mountains with spacious garden. Communicating with the host is always quick and friendly. Many possibilities for excursions: mountains, lake, small town and by train e.g. also to Milan. Apartment highly recommended.

Wow..! What a lovely place to be, in the heart of Como. The hosts are amazing too! They were really kind and they love to have guests over. Couldnt feel more welcome! Ive had some great conversations of which im grateful for, and it was a relief to communicate in english! (Italian is something i need to work in ;) ) I would without a doubt recommend this stay! A comfortable, well-equipped and quiet accommodation in the heart of Dervio. It's very nice to be able to take advantage of the outdoor space to eat on the terrace. And having a cool place after hot days. Everything is easily done on foot, small beaches of the lake, shops, restaurants, boats, train station, children's games... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the small town of Dervio, much less touristy than others on the lake and very pleasant. Thanks to Francesca for the welcome and her good advice. We had a great holiday!

This place provides a great base to explore Lake Como. It's in a quite, but beautiful, corner of Lake Como with the ferry port closeby to access all places on the Lake. Views are stunning at all times of the day and the apartment was very clean and well furnished.

fantastic place and great host

My wife an I stayed for the celebrations in Mandello for the 100th centenary of Moto Guzzi. Luca our host was really kind and picked us up from Lecco train Station. The house was beautiful in a quiet village nestling on the hillside approx 2 km walk from Mandello. There is a lovely footpath that runs through the village to Mandello. The walk down to the Beach in Abbadia Larianna is approx 1km with an excellent park, cafe and swimming which we did often. You can easily walk from the Station to the accommodation. It is quite hilly but that is to be expected in this area. The village has a lovely feel to it with very narrow old streets. We sat on the balcony each evening pleased with our choice. The house has everything you need. The top room is delightful and the main bedroom has a huge comfortable bed. There is lots of storage space. A garage washing machine it really is a home. I became a little poorly at the end of our holiday and Luca was in constant contact offering help. This was top service. My wife and I are in our mid 65 and 67 respectively and found the walking no problem. I can only fully recommend this delightful place. Thanks Luca

Fabio is a great host, and provided accurate information at each step right from pre check-in until checkout, including local recommendations, itinerary etc. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean, and well maintained. It has very good heating with both gas heaters and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a selection of coffee and tea. The balcony offers a good view of the mountains around. The parking space is very convenient just next to the house. The house is conveniently located in a calm surrounding and is a short walk to lakeside, pastries and restaurants. Menaggio is also close to the swiss border, so lake Lugano is just a half hour drive. Overall, Fabio has made sure that the house provides a great stay experience. Highly recommended.

both hosts were super helpful, the instructions were clear, and we had no problem getting to the place. Hosts were always available for any information at any time.

Wonderful apartment convenient location...the apartment has everything you need for a good rest...bonus the host left a full refrigerator of food, which was very useful for late check-in...a great super close and a parking space right next to the windows... the apartment is comfortable clean and with a balcony...I recommend it to everyone.

Nice little apartment, everything clean, everything there that you need is there. Perfect for exploring Lake Como and surroundings.
