Cosy and clean apartment, well equipped for longer stays. The communication with host Annalisa was perfect, she helped us many times. I can only recommend.

We stayed in the apartment with our children for almost a week. Particularly noteworthy is the location - really optimal - this is right by the beach where there is also a playground. Parking is also available in the neighborhood on the street just 50 m away - on arrival you can stop directly in front of the house entrance and comfortably unload your luggage. Rose and Paulo are super organized and very helpful, really great people and TOP hosts ☺️ We will be happy to come back - certainly in the off-season, as the area is then very relaxed.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is really excellently equipped and very stylishly furnished. It is quite large (3 rooms, large kitchen, bathroom) and is very close to the center. Everything is easy to reach on foot. A luxury is the parking space in the yard. The apartment is certainly one of the best on the housing market in Gorizia. We felt very comfortable for a week, to which the obliging and at the same time unobtrusive manner of the hostess also contributed. Contact with her was straightforward, she was always available and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We spent a few very pleasant days in Grado. Sandra's recently renovated apartment is cozy, super clean, and equipped with every comfort with a splendid view of the lagoon. Sandra is an attentive and caring host and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

Check-in was a breeze! The host, Elaine, provided clear instructions, making it easy to find and access the property. The place was spotless and incredibly clean, just as described. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall ambiance was cozy and welcoming. The property had the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The neighborhood's felt safe and pleasant. Elaine was very friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything matched the listing perfectly. Highly recommend staying here.

A nice little apartment in the center of Grado-Pineta, only about 100m to the beach. Brigitte was in communication with us from the beginning and answered all questions very quickly. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, so you can also cook well yourself. Staying there is highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

Great experience. Spacious, modern house in a countryside corner and equipped with everything you need for a stay. In a good location to visit Udine, Gorizia, Grado, Cividale and also Trieste, as well as the historic routes of the great war. Finally, Osteria della Ribolla ( 15’ walk or 5’ by car) is a great place for some tasty and pleasant dinner. Edy and Laura
