Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of La Spezia

This listing is highly recommended! Spacious house with an amazing garden! All amenities are available. Children could play wonderfully in the garden, pool or stream behind the house! Absolutely recommended. Host Clara is very nice, communicates nicely and helps you on all sides. For example, we got fresh vegetables from her own garden several times and when we asked about a good restaurant, she called some of her own to book something for us. There is not much to do in the nearby area, so you do have to go by car to visit things. Only small downside is the fact that you can't get to the accommodation by car and therefore have to lift about 200 meters with your luggage over a somewhat steep path. All in all, a very nice accommodation and definitely recommended!

We 8 (2 families with 2 small children each) had a fantastic time in this wonderful house with dream views of the sea!! the area is stunning, you can easily explore the Cinque Terre by train from Framura train station. the hiking trails are well described and fantastic! The beds in the room are fresh and very comfortable, the bathroom good and the wardrobes also provide enough storage space. the small village of Framura is sugar sweet and offers one of the best pizzerias, a pharmacy and two small shops to shop for the essentials. in short: we'll be back, it was paradise! :-) Caterina was always available for questions , very nice, uncomplicated exchange, thank you very much!

Great place if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay nearby cinque terre. Pisa and other places are in range of your by car. Private pool and gym are great to relax and wind down. Highly recommended!

Agnese exceeded our expectations! We had only booked 2 nights, but afterwards we would have wanted to stay much longer. Anything you need is present and you have a beautiful view: the location is perfect! In addition, Agnese responds quickly, she is extremely helpful and gives her nice tips!

This property is outstanding. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were amazing. The pool was beautiful - large and clean with spectacular views. The hosts were more than accommodating. It was such a fun experience getting to know both Stephan and Eliza (and Mia and Nicole too). We felt at home within minutes of arriving. We cannot wait to come back and visit again!!!

This is how an Airbnb should be. Cristina and Marco were super friendly and helpful. They provided us with drinks and food during our stay and were very quick to help us when we needed something. The accommodation itself was great. The view was stunning, the pool was great and the house was cosy. I would definitely recommend staying here.

For those looking for a quiet and complete accommodation, Rita's apartment is highly recommended. We stayed for 5 nights without ever hearing shouting or disturbing noises. Great terrace overlooking the pool used several times to dine in complete tranquility.

A few days but good , too bad on the last day in bad weather. Alessandro is an exquisite , friendly person and for any reason he is always available. What about the BEAUTIFUL structure. From the small but effective apartment with everything you need, then pass by the garden with a barbecue and with a beautiful view, finally the gem , the pool , beautiful with super view . Really nice and relaxing weekend, when I live in Parma it is also convenient for me. I will definitely be back, thank you so much for everything Alessandro. Best regards.

We've had a pleasant stay at Luciano's Airbnb. The home-made, tasty fique jam was a nice surprise! The appartment on the Ligurian country side is awesone: quiet, a stunning view and privacy. The swimming pool is very welcoming to cool down after a warm/hot day. The appartment is spacious with three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equiped to prepare some meals. Last but not least: the location is perfect for visiting some of Italy's gems: Cinque Terre, Portofino incl. the Portofino National Park. Something to take into account, is that the nearest supermarket is a 20-30 min drive. Nearest biggest city is Sestri Levante. I would recommend Luciano's Airbnb.

We are incredibly pleased with our stay! Francesco is very helpful and keeps the apartment in tip top shape. Everything was clean & fresh and just like the pictures. The location - with a really good pizzeria in the floor below, as well as an equally good bakery - is a real asset. Walking distance to the train station and several buses passing nearby made it easy to visit beaches around La Spezia, as well as the villages of Cinque Terre. There is also a supermarket within 10 min walk. We really recommend this home!

Ivana is the best host we have met. a very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! the apartment is perfect. peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It's very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I don't know when yet but we'll probably be back someday.
