apartment as described, everything is clean, nothing is missing in terms of bathroom and kitchen, everything is perfect !!! The beach of the Treasure is a 10-minute drive away. We spent 15 days in Alessandro's apartment, it was a beautiful holiday, the village is very typical and perfectly matched our expectations. Alessandro gave us all the information as well as the good addresses, there are 3 restaurants in the village which are very good . The apartment is very well located in the village (30 seconds for morning coffee as well as the bakery) kitchen , bedrooms, clean and spacious bathroom. 20 minutes from turquoise beaches we'll definitely go back next time, And little cherry on the cake , on the last day we attended a small concert in the village square where Alessandro was at the guitar;) i'd recommend it.

We were greeted in person - a pleasant experience. More peesonal than a self-checkin. Got a bottle of wino as a welcoming gift. Very thoughtful. Would definitely return :)

We felt very comfortable with Eleonora and Fabio. We and our children enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool very much and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to have another vacation in this great house, in this pretty, quiet place (car required) at some point. A thousand thanks for everything and all the love for you!!

Alfredo is an excellent host, responsive, helpful and informative. The accommodation was as expected and the location is idyllic.

The place was very well looked after. All rooms were clean amd tidy, and we even got some essentials and ameneties such as coffee, biscuits and towels. The pictures matched exactly the apartment, and Vanda was very atentive and kind. Would recomend 100%.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

We spent 3 nights in Marina's apartment and had a very good time. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, well cared for, clean and equipped with every accessory (dishes, products x cleaning, hairdryer...) x a relaxing break immersed in the green of really evocative vineyards. There is also an outdoor space with a table and chairs for outdoor living. We had a chance to have a few conversations with Marina and her daughter Giulia, they are very welcoming and available people for great tourist tips about the area, which made our stay even more special!

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

Everything matches what is indicated on the site. Marciana is very nice and hospitable. Fulvia's place is tidy, clean, and very welcoming, nothing is missing. Far enough from the tourist center to enjoy the peace and silence of the island. We hope we can come back.

The apartment exactly as advertised, really beautiful, newly renovated, furnished with taste and attention to detail, extremely clean and complete with everything you need to have a nice vacation. Crazy location. It's totally downtown. The accommodation is in the pedestrian part of San Vincenzo but parking is convenient and a two-minute walk away. And even if the house is in the center, it doesn't get people's noise. In fact. The house is nice and functional. Not too appreciable things: having stayed at the beginning of September the rail traffic increases and you can hear enough in the master bedroom. Until 1/9, the steps were definitely reduced. The shower drains poorly, too bad. But it's an easy problem to solve. The bathroom is in the center of the apartment and is blind. There is a fan for air exchange but it is not always enough, especially if the guests are numerous. But nothing is really missing in the apartment and Massimo is super available in everything.

Nice Apartment, very clean and has beautiful surroundings. Close to the city centre , good restaurants and beautiful garden view from both the bedroom and the sitting room . Very quiet and specious . My family from Belgium loved every thing

My husband and I had a small vacation at Mauro's place that exactly matches the listing description and I join the other guests' reviews in the pleasure of choosing this apartment. The location is perfect, a quiet area (at least in winter) but well stocked with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The main street of Follonica also lives in the middle of winter, well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and is also easily accessible on foot, both from the seafront and from the beach that is a few meters from the apartment. From the living area you can enjoy the sea view and its sunsets, just past the small pine forest in front, and the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Mauro was always available and present as well as attentive to meet our needs, I would say a very friendly person. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying in Mauro's apartment.

Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

Upon arrival Sandra was welcoming. The apartment is well located and very clean. We've never had apartments so clean. The bedding is of very good quality. The kitchen is well equipped. Sandra gave us great advice for restaurants and tours. We highly recommend this listing.
