The location of the accommodation is fantastic. In the cozy kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing fresh food except for an oven. I particularly like the five-burner gas stove and the large fridge. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work all week. I found the price overpriced. When I searched on AirB&B, a low price was offered, a week later it was significantly more expensive. Antonella was very flexible and let us check in at noon, which we thought was really great. Everything was clean and inviting. I can highly recommend the place.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Perfect spot for family vacation, very responsive and friendly host. Kitchen has everything you needed, coffee/espresso machine for stove top is available. Recommendation for a trip through Sardinia. 👍🏻

Sandra is super friendly. Pretending that we were comfortable and comfortable and we felt right at home. totally comfortable, everything is perfect. in the street down a supermarket and a pizzeria where great dinner was great. and at night the village had tending appointments. with a place to park without a problem. we really went out enchanted in all respects. We had a great stay in Cala Gonone. The apartment was really spacious with two big bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and nice outdoor space as well. It’s an easy short walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just round the corner as well. Catarina was really welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment was super furnished and you had the feeling of being at home, there was nothing missing. Cardedu and its surroundings are highly recommended by car, nearby beaches are easy to explore. There are several shopping facilities nearby, which are also within walking distance. Cardedu itself, is a rather quiet and untouristy place. Stefano was always easy to reach and gave us great tips for excursions, etc. Conclusion: If you want to explore the southern east coast of Sardinia by car, Stefano is in great hands. :)

Whenever I explore unknown corners, I look for places where I can soak up the atmosphere and life of the locals. Renting at Simona's place is what I needed😁 Breakfast and dinner in the garden/patio accompanied by kind 🐈🐈‍⬛ and peace and 🐢 quiet. Without the hustle and bustle of😍 the city, there is no problem with parking. Don't wait to leave your car near the house, but you can park in a designated spot at any time. The mentality of the residents ❤️ who welcomed us as their own should be added to this envelope Spacious apartment with MAX everything you need😉 Locally, you can walk to 🍕 or🍤. I also recommend a trip to ☕️ 🥐 and everything at an affordable price It has a mini market. Within a short distance there is a supermarket equipped with everything😁 And the hosts… well about them🤷‍♀️ Good souls, with a kind heart😍 worrying about you somewhere about being hidden, because you can't see them. Help and advice. That's where you'll feel safe🤗

🏖️ Our vacation with Francesco was great. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

I stayed one night in this super cozy little house, as I was in transit for a business trip. I chose it mainly for the possibility of having a private parking space, a very important detail for my travel. I was welcomed in an excellent way right away: I was provided with all the useful information to spend the night at its best. The house is very welcoming and the cleanliness impeccable. One thing that particularly impressed me, making me really feel "at home", was the Easter decoration: simple, cute and thoughtful. Surely, if I find myself passing through, I'll know who to contact! We had a very good time, quiet area and house equipped with everything . We didn't have internet but on this occasion we took advantage of staying together longer.

I was with my family (including one-year-old daughter) for a week at Cristina's. We felt very, very comfortable and at home. Cristina is an outstanding host, she is available at any time, very helpful (in all matters) and accommodating. The accommodation was also modernly furnished & has a lovely garden area. Overall great place to stay. Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

We spent three days at Andrea's place - the reception was great, we were greeted personally and shown around. As described, the apartment is many stairs away from the floor - that did not bother us. Great rooftop overlooking Cagliari, modern furnishings, everything there, great lighting. Enjoyed the sun and even used the magnificent outdoor shower to cool off. Bathroom top. the hosts take care of themselves warmly, also got new glasses and a FireTV stick during our stay. Would highly recommend it! There was plenty of parking around the block in April.

Thank you. We enjoyed our quiet night at your place in Cagliari. There was a lovely small market nearby and we enjoyed the beautiful 15-20 walk down to a livelier part of town for dinner and back up late that night. Top location to enjoy the beach. The large, clean and beautiful beach of Costa Rei is 100m away at the end of a private path. The apartment is recently renovated and everything is new. Very confortable and well equipped. Good communication with the owners who are using the other part of the house as holidays home during the week-ends. I do recommend and I am looking for going back.

Great location, good amenities, all the way to Alexa. Franco personally greeted us and showed us everything and responded immediately if anything came up. The bathroom still needs to be optimized, so you wanted to take care of it. Within the house it was quite quiet and we felt comfortable and safe there! Can 100% recommend the apartment!

We had a wholesome start of our vacations. The stay at Elias AirBnb was top notch. We especially enjoyed the playful dogs and cats. Elisa was always supportive and great communication. We can recommend it to pet lovers and families.

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
