Not just an apartment, this is a home. Sometimes it's our home, and when we're away we want it to be just like a home for you. There's everything you need to be comfortable, including two sofas, a well-equipped kitchen and unlimited fibre internet. Views across the old city, plenty of natural light all day, central heating and everything sparkling clean. Bright, cozy and delicious apartment located right in the heart of the historical center of Cortona with an unforgettable view: the municipal palace on one side and Lake Trasimeno and Valdichiana on the other. Central, View over old city, free park

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

It is bright, quiet, in a stately condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the restricted traffic zone. And therefore you can unload your luggage in front of the entrance with the car . With free parking or pay-froning.

The loft is located in the historical centre of Assisi, near the main tourist attractions. The “Basilica di San Francesco” is just 200 meters away.
