The house is very beautiful, private and in a great environment. The host is very friendly and communicative. It can be used perfectly by a family or friends. The pool isn’t big but perfect to cool down and the beach is only 30 minutes away. You can’t really do much sightseeing in the neighbourhood, but if you are looking for a vacation to relax, then you are in the right place! Also, the house has many features such as table tennis, kicker and more. We would come back anytime!

Stephano and Alessandro were super friendly. They always answered right away or tried to help us when we needed something. We were astonished with their sympathy and care for us. Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

this is by far our favourite experience ever on airbnb. the place is absolutely stunning and even better than described - it had everything we needed including an amazing speaker, which definitely made our holiday to the point we didn't even leave the place other than to go to the supermarket. the kitchen is a dream with everything that cn be possibly needed to cook amazing meals and the bedroom and bed is super comfy. Marissa is such a kind and friendly host, super responsive and flexible, it made the experience absolutely memorable. we were so sad to leave, that we're already planning to come back next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation! From the moment we arrived, Michela, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even surprised us with extra blankets when the weather turned colder. The house itself exceeded all of our expectations – it was even better than we could have dreamed! Everything was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Very nice house in a good location near Senigallia. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and were able to enjoy the great view of the Markesian hills. Ivana is a very accommodating host

Huge house in a beautiful location in the Italian country side. Lots of space and privacy. A lot of nice villages, a fortress and San Marino closeby.

We came as a group of freshly graduated teenagers; in total 23 people. Even though the villa was not listed as capable of holding so many people, the host made it work splendidly. The host was very helpful and responded quickly. The villa was beautiful and the noise from the traffic was not as bad as we had imagined. Over all, a wonderful experience. We recommend it!!

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

The best of all, the house was perfect, huge, very welcoming, beautiful, just like the photos and descriptions that Stefano gave us, very but very nice, attentive and attentive to everything we needed, how we felt, he allowed us to enter earlier, he facilitated us passes for breakfast, took us what we needed for the rain and not to go out to get wet, even he helped us with a surprise that we wanted to give my best friend. The stay was more than we expected and he made it much more pleasant... if there is a place that I want to visit again without a doubt it is his house, I was left in love, both with the house, the town, the village and the treatment that he gave us...

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even nicer! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and has allowed flexible checkout. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is as described, has three floors and has everything you need both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Christian is really helpful and takes care of his guests in a professional and courteous way. Having to report the only "negative" thing we only discovered upon our arrival and, however, the owner is already working on is the little phone line or internet network. Even using the phone hotspot, it was not possible to use the internet on the computer because the phones (of different operators) did not take. However, a stable connection will be available soon, I only recommend, in case you think it is necessary, to make sure. For the rest, very simple check-in and out, a quiet area but close to the amenities (bus stop right outside the gate) and small precautions that made us feel at home, like chocolates and a bottle of wine offered to us. Thank you Christian for your kindness!

A perfect base for our trip to the world Ducati week at missano circuit. Comfortable and clean with good facilities. The private secure parking was great for the motorcycle's. Would definitely visit again.

Great house! If you like peace and quiet, you will find this one. Marco is super nice and helpful! It has an extremely well maintained house. Very well equipped kitchen! Upon arrival, you should have enough meals with you so that you can get over the first few days. It's a 20-minute drive to shop . Thanks Maco. We will be happy to come back!

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

Veronica’s is such a charming and comfortable place to stay, set atop a hill in large, beautiful, tranquil and private grounds with spectacular views of the sea. The interior is very spacious, well-appointed and decorated with personal furniture and works of art, immediately making you feel at home. Veronica is a super host! She was most welcoming, made every effort to ensure everything was in order, and recommended various activities and great places to eat. She really helped make our stay a memorable one. We very much hope to come back one day!

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

This house is a real gem, in a small and quiet lovely Italian village. Where can you found a holiday house like this? Bravo Annamaria! Very clean and they came cleaning even during our stay! Ideally located between green nature and the sea. In August it can get really hot, for us to hot. So you should be able to handle hot temperatures! Luckily you can reach within 5 minutes the marmiti dei giganti, to have a swim in a beautifull scenery, or drive a little further to the furlo pass. In the house there are 3 beautifull bathrooms, so enough space for everybody to have a nice shower or bath. In the village you must visit the café/ restaurant Da Guidobaldi , such a nice place/ garden a little up in the village, easy by foot, small climb at stairs, with overlook at the village. Make a reservation in advance.
