Staying with Giulio was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Every attention to detail and the highest standards were apparent throughout the apartment. Giulio was very present and responsive with help, suggestions and offered transportation as I did not have a car. We had a fantastic stay at the farmhouse which exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our stay with two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and was most welcome during our stay in August. The pool is just amazing and it's close location to the house was ideal. Clotilde was very welcoming, very responsive and helpful. Clotilde offered us an opportunity to visit the vineyard and wine cellars and we were able to sample the wine produced there - this was a fantastic opportunity! There is a bank, bread shop and restaurant within a 10 minute walk and the supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away. We were only 20 minutes drive from Lucca and took the opportunity to catch a train to Pisa which worked well. I would fully recommend visiting and I hope we will be back again soon,

We stayed here 3 families (6 adults and 4 children between 2 and 5 years old). we already stayed here last year and like last year, everything was great. In addition, the second bathroom was renovated this year, so both were new and modern. the host was very accommodating when booking the stay. in addition, he provided us with a third crib, on the day of arrival he allowed us an early check-in and on the day of departure allowed us a later departure, which was very appreciated by small children. every day was cleaned the pool, which we ended up using only at the beginning of the stay due to the weather. with small children we appreciated the large fenced garden.

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

The location of the apartment is great. The garden is fantastic and there are comfortable loungers in different places on the premises. However, you have to know that this is a kind of basement apartment - but you can actually see that in the photos. Had both apartments rented from Elena as a grandparent was there and were super satisfied, as both apartments are very close to each other.

I chose this apartment for my wedding preparations and it was a great choice. Very large and organized interior spaces, equipped with everything you need and even more, a very nice outdoor garden also to take photos, useful for my occasion. The house is very cute! Signora Marina allowed us to stay with our dog, and she could walk around the neighborhood. The fireplace was also nice to have, we enjoyed it a lot. It was unexpected that the apartment consists of two floors. For us, it was not an issue, but some guests with disabilities may be surprised. There is also more space, for 5 guests easily. This is a great option for a weekend or for a longer stay!

Our stay at Andrea’s place was lovely, the apartment itself is very cosy and she is a wonderful host. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything you need. It takes a while to get into the centre of Florence but there is good public transport that is easy to navigate and services run regularly.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved their sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and lacks nothing. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect for relaxing after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us some nice tips for excursions to the area, which were very helpful. We highly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment with a group of friends and we were extremely satisfied with our choice! The location is really perfect, just a short walk from the center of Montecatini, which has made our explorations of the city comfortable. The apartment is spacious, well organized and equipped with every comfort, clean and cozy just as described in the previous reviews. Oksana was an exceptional host, always available and attentive to respond promptly to our questions. The atmosphere was quiet, perfect for relaxing, but at the same time convenient to visit the main attractions of Tuscany, easily accessible by train. We felt right at home, thanks to modern amenities and detailed check-in instructions. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to spend time in a pleasant environment and in a convenient location. We'll definitely be back!

The great apartment just between Pisa and Florence. We had a 3-day stay. There is everything in the house for a long stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Huge house, beautiful, quality and very clean, small village away but very convenient with a supermarket right next door, the highway entrance is very close to reach the cities of Tuscany. Gaia is adorable, good advice and accommodating. We had a great time!

The place is really a dream come true! We had a lovely, relaxing time at Deborah's place. The pool and location is great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm-hearted and you feel right at home. And enjoyed it so much that we want to come back again!

I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.
