The accommodation provided is elegant, modern and complete with everything. Central location and spectacular views directly of the Ausa. In short, a stay full of comfort and friendliness, perfect host and impeccable in everything.

5 days we were able to enjoy Carlotta and Luca's apartment. It was just perfect for us! Large, clean, bright. Beautiful with a garden and seating. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, to the old town of Grado about 15 minutes. In the vicinity you will find cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The apartment is super nicely designed and perfectly equipped. Also the parking right by the house was great for us. Communication with Luca was very pleasant as he was always available and very helpful. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back ;-). Thank you for great days!

A lovely stay in a nice flat with a beautiful garden! We wanted to stay closer to the beach and not in the touristy area so it was perfect. The hosts are very kind and gave us great advice on where to go. Would come back!

The place was cozy and very welcoming. Stylish sea decorations, clean, treats for grinding, basic amenities both in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was very quiet, suitable for walking and relaxing. Although we were away from various sights and experiences places, you can get everywhere in a while by car. We also got trip tips from the host, which was great. We recommend the place and would love to come back :)

We had a fantastic stay at Susy’s place! Susy and her son were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They prepared food for us and even had treats for our dog—such a thoughtful touch! The apartment was cozy, spotless, and had a stunning sea view from the balcony. We loved sitting outside and taking in the beautiful scenery. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality. Very nice apartment in the heart of Triest! Nice and clean, large living room. Kitchen well equipment, however coffemaker missing. But lots of bars around that serve great coffee. We had extremly hot wheater an the a/c in all bedrooms worked well, except for the bedroom upstairs. Happy to recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is great! We were 10 min from Piazza Unità d'Italia, many restaurants, cafés and shops around. The apartment was cozy and comfortable.

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado
