Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

We really enjoyed our stay at Franca's. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully arranged. We felt really good there. It's well equipped. We did not enjoy the garden but it must be even more pleasant in the warm season. It is really very well located for enjoying the lake and Orta. Franca is very friendly , communicates very easily and responds quickly . We 100% recommend this listing.

Beautiful view, location right at the Lago d‘Orta!

Would stay here again when visiting Verbania. This was a last minute booking for us. I stayed with my children and felt very safe. Apt is on the ground floor. There is a general front door to get in which is locked with a code and the door to the apt which was through an office area was also locked with a code. This was convenient bc I did not need a key. There are bars on the windows so it felt safe even being on the ground floor. Host was perfect in every way. I texted her multiple times with random questions and she responded promptly.

We booked very spontaneously with Aldo for three nights and it was fantastic! The apartment is very nice bright, has many windows and has views of the mountains and it is clean and modern. We felt right at home! From the apartment it is a 10-15 minute walk to the lake, around the corner is a small bakery. It's also very easy to park there. Aldo and his partner are very loving hosts had lots of snacks and drinks ready. Communication went smoothly, the kitchen and bathroom were super equipped. Everything is great, happy to come back, thank you!

Everything was perfect. The house is really close to the city, there is a hypermarket nearby, and above all, it was really clean. The bathroom was good too.

We spent a few days with the family at Marco's apartment. Old barn furnished with lots of charm. The garden is lush, but you have to pay attention to mosquitoes! Very convenient location to walk around Verbania and beautiful area 👍 I thank Marco and his family and would recommend this property!

The accommodation is as described and very clean, in a quiet environment. We spoke throughout our stay with Donatella, Alberto's mother, who was very available, listening to our needs and full of kind attention. Plus, Donatella gave us some good places to eat! In short, a place to recommend without a second thought for the quality of the services, but also the kindness and availability of hosts. Also, the area is great. Many things to do quickly by car (essential).

Manuela immediately made us feel at ease by welcoming us to her lake view house, in a quiet and quiet area, with a large outdoor space in which to run and play our dog. Very nice and warm house, equipped with all the comforts and close to the main attractions of Lake Orta.

Luca was a perfect guest. The house is beautiful and the location is charming, a place suitable for relaxing a few steps from the city. Breakfast served on the veranda is also excellent. Excellent hospitality, thanks again! Thank you again!
