Frigiliana We selected Camilas house for our one-week stay because of the beautiful surroundings of Frigiliana and we did not regret our choise. We enjoyed the Moresque influenced clean but robust design of the house, the remote sea view as well as the peaceful surrounding nature. A car is definitely a must for accessing this hillside location, but actually it took us less than five minutes to drive to Frigiliana and twenty to Nerja and the coast. The house is spacey with a well equipped kitchen, small dining room, large bedrooms and cozy sittning areas, several outfoor terraces giving opportunity to enjoy the sun or shadow throughout the day. We did not miss the TV at all. Heating elements were provided in every room. We also enjoyed the pool area! We found nice restaurants in nearby Frigiliana and visited also the magnificent Nerja caves and made one day-trip to Alhambra. Camila and Pati (the local host) were always friendly, responsive and easy to communicate with.

Remote escape to Andalusian countryside. The villa was lovely. Quiet, peaceful & idyllic. Situated atop a hill with unobstructed views across hills & plantations with sea in the distance. The villa was clean, comfortable, and with all essentials. Some people may find this villa too isolated, but this is what we wanted (needed!). There is a small supermarket in Benamargosa (10 min drive), and large hypermarket in Vélez-Málaga (30 min). You'll need to travel distance to eat out. Challenging 10 min drive between Benamargosa & the villa: single windy mountain track and last minute on unsealed road - safe but for a confident driver. Take it slow & you'll be fine (the drive to the reservoir is more challenging, & don't turn left at the STOP sign down onto Cala Ermita unless your car is small!). We stayed in March, so chilly evenings indoors (wood fire was cosy), but ideal for warmer months. Only struggle was water pressure/flow in showers. Wilm a very helpful & responsive host. Would return.

Lovely home close to the beach

We had a fantastic family holiday, especially because of the heated pool which meant we could all swim in February, the fabulous views, and the flowering plants in the garden. The house gave us all the accommodation we needed as a large, three-generation group. Great, large BBQ, lovely bedlinen and very comfortable beds. The host, Jose Maria, is such a lovely gentleman who made us feel easy, relaxed and welcome. It is a shame that the urbanisation does not have pedestrian paths, but the actual home is very tastefully presented and extremely well-equipped, both in the two kitchens and throughout, with numerous towels, and plenty of sunloungers etc. The tennis/football area nearby was also a great facility. Salobrena is a short drive and has a range of supermarkets, municipal market and restaurants. Almuñécar is twenty minutes drive and has wonderful beaches, promenade and lots of beach cafes etc. A lovely town to visit.

Had a short break at Stefan home The apartment was in a great location A few minutes from the beach and promenade Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep About five minutes from the bus station We’re you can get buses to Malaga and lots of different places The views from the balcony are stunning of the sea and the mountains Stefan is a great host We had a small problem and he fixed it right away He always answered you if you had any questions We would definitely stay at Stefan again

Beautiful apartment full of details, taking great care of the decor and all the needs of the tenant. Beautiful views. It was a very pleasant stay. Definitely an option to be repeated.

A great apartment that is equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes on foot. The landlords are very friendly and have many tips. There are many attractions in the surrounding area. Stalactite caves Schmeterlingsgärten and of course Malaga with its many museums. We were able to spend a very nice holiday with you. Thanks Ana and Fermín

Great location with beautiful view and views around it. Good amenities for all the important equipment and utensils for cooking and living. Unfortunately, we did not have any garbage bags and Zewa. These things are forgotten when shopping 🥲 Overall place was very clean and well ventilated. But mosquitoes can come in. Would recommend.
