Very nice house with all amenities. Recently renovated with a great terrace overlooking the sea. We really appreciated the courtesy of letting us find a welcome kit with snacks and wine. Great location for those who want to stay in a very lively center especially in the evening with many restaurants and clubs by the sea.

The apartment was well equipped, spotless, well located and a nice view of the pool. It was also reassuring to know Rosanna and Danilo were also on hand if needed. It was also great value for money and I would recommend it to anybody and would definitely stay again.

About the place: the apartment is/was as shown in the pictures, and has a kingsize bed located in a parc with a big pool, but still relaxed and quiet. There is a private balcony where you can enjoy the sun on a bed. Nearby there is a shopping center, with a supermarket (HiperDino) and a very good pizzeria (recommended). The city center is about 2.2 km away, where you can choose to your preferences. The host, Gianluca, is a friendly and sportive guy. He picked us up from the airport (paid service). He was very hospitable, kind with giving good tips and info, and was very communicative on W-App. All in all a perfect place to be.

A lovely quiet location, with a private pool. Well within walking distance of everything. From shopping for provisions to bars and restaurants, all is there if you dont mind a little walking The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you like a little peace and quiet with the bonus of your own pool 5 yards from your front door.

absolutely gorgeous apartaments it's like a home from home everything you need in it ,great location 5min walk to old town. host is very helpful always happy to help. could not recommend this enough , very pleasant stay especially with kids.

David was a very attentive host always there to help with queries. The location of the apartment is great only a 20 minute walk from the main strip where there are many great restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean the complex was a little run down but didn’t matter too much to us as we didn’t spend much time in the complex. All in all a good stay and would attend again

When I booked a couple of months ago Veruska was immediately responsive. Very clear instructions in how to get into the property and Veruska messaged to see if I arrived and got in ok. The apartment was spotless on a private development and was a cosy and well equipped apartment. Fantastic host,fantastic apartment and will be back.

i have enjoyed at maximum our stay here. even though the residence is growded with expats, it remains silent and family vibe. the appartment is exactly as describbed and i want to add an extra point for the bed which helped me to have a great sleep, not something you find easy o´ an airbnb. The host is amazing. very helpfull and responsive. all in all, if you are a couple looking for a good deal with a mix of everything needed, don´t hesitate to give it a try to this place

The place was very nice. We especially enjoyed the location. You were within 5 minutes walk both on the beach and in the shopping street or at the supermarket and it was still relatively quiet. In addition, the apartment's amenities were excellent. Communication with Claire also worked out very well, as there was always a quick response and she had some good tips. Overall it was such a very nice holiday, thank you!

Lara was an excellent host, who was always responsive to any questions we had. Apartment is modern and very well kept. Lara also arranged for the apartment to be cleaned , with clean towels and change of bed after one week. Apartment has a nice small terrace, which gets the sun for a few hours in the afternoon. Communal Area General Grounds are well kept Very Friendly Residents Pool is not heated, therefore very cold while we were there in March. Sunbeds around the pool were not very comfortable

We spent 5 days at this place and it was an amazing experience. The listing is conveniently located in the island, the hosts are really very kind and responsive. The calm, the environment, the view, everything is done to make your stay as pleasant and peaceful as possible. I highly recommend coming to test it, the hot tub is a real plus to relax at the end of the day. If you want to spend the best holidays in Lanzarote, this is clearly the place for you!

Beautifully decorated apartment, brand new appliances and the jacuzzi (in fact the whole roof top) as a cherry on top of the cake! While the direct street is calm, a great restaurant area and the beach are only a short walking distance away. But the best part: Luca took very good care of us, very communicative and helpful at all times, thank you!

Would highly recommend!!! Came for week with the family over October half term. The accommodations is very spacious with a great lay out. The flat is recently renovated so everything is bright new. The location is very central for restaurants and activities. The highlight of the flat is the two spacious terraces. The downstairs terrace we used every day for breakfast, the upstairs terrace was great for sub bathing, bbq and AMAZING views. The terraces are well sheltered which was great when you have an occasional gust of wind in October. Naomi was a great host, always responding to queries and was kind enough to let us have a late check out which was highly appreciated especially since we had delayed flights and were travelling with kids.

Just had a beautiful 10 days in this villa. The villa is stunning, very spacious and private. There are apartments around you but they are non intrusive. The balcony has stunning views of harbour and sea. Nice modern lighting too outside. The jacuzzi is fab and very easy to use and spacious enough for someone 6'3" in height. Interior area is beautiful, modern bathrooms with the best rainfall showers ive used. The main bathroom is stunning with lots of counter space and a huge shower. The beds are very comfortable and bedrooms very light and airy. Kitchen comes with a coffee machine and a good range of teas and coffees. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern hob, oven and microwave. The area is very accessible, parking can be at a bit of premium on Calle Reine Sofia, but ample is available on the road behind. There is a steep hill up to this road however. Location is ideal 10 min walk to strip. Can recommend this villa enough, Dina and Borge were fab hosts 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Haria at David’s place. The garden is a wonderful place to sit in, and David’s recommendations of places / land marks to see were absolutely fantastic. David is very kind and caring towards his guests, going above and beyond, and it was a pleasure to meet him and stay. Without any doubt we would certainly come back and recommend this wonderful place to anyone travelling to Lanzarote!

Absolutely exquisite ! Superb decoration and all the household appliances available. Complementary beers and rose wine as well as snacks upon arrival. The jacuzzi is totaly great after a day a visits. All in all we've been delighted with our stay.

Alessandro’s place in Lanzarote was amazing! Great location with everything super close! Amazing view, comfortable place, the best shower, perfect kitchen with everything you need and comfy and private bedroom. The jacuzzi was amazing after long days out. Alessandro and his wife were so helpful with tips and recommendations and always super responsive. We had to book this place last minute because of a change of plans and so glad we did, was definitely one of the best airbnbs I have been too and great value! Hope to return to this beautiful island
