The place was great! Quiet and cozy with all of the described amenities available. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of restaurants within a walkable distance. There are several shopping malls around so there’s always something to do. Sharon was a great host, always responsive and super helpful.

Highly recommend this place, very clean, looks like in the pictures, nice neighborhood, quiet building.

My wife and I stayed here while we were in town visiting family. David’s place is well looked after, clean, has a great view and is safe. There are guards at the gate (which is normal for all high end places in the city) and you need to present photo ID to enter the property which made us feel very safe. Additionally there is a camera at the front door to the apartment recording all entries and exits. The Air Conditioning works great as well. Across the street there is a convenience store and on the 2nd floor is the “Macchiato Lounge” which is a nice coffee shop and has great breakfast too. The pool was being renovated while we were there but by the last two days it was reopened and looked great. We have stayed here before and loved it so that’s why we came back, and we will stay here again if the place is available next time we are in town. Communication with David was quick and clear. You are sent a QR code to present with your ID and a digital door lock to enter the property.
