Seidel & Hector are wonderful hosts, excellent communication and proactivity. The cleanliness of the place is excellent. I would stay with them again.

Beautiful apartment in a "jungle garden". When we arrived, we were immediately surprised because the facility and also the apartment itself were even better than in the photos. Everything is sparkling clean and very tastefully furnished. The communication with Zarah was also great and always very fast. The experience was rounded off by the daily breakfast and the cool direct beach access via a kind of jetty. In retrospect, we would have liked to have stayed longer! 100% recommendation!!!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Within our arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, guiding us of our parking space and checking in. We met locals in our stay and they recommended many things we can do while our time being spent there.

The interior of this place exceeded all our expectations. It was exactly as described—immaculately clean and cozy, with a true homey feel. However, there were a few drawbacks during our stay. The construction happening right outside the windows and balcony was incredibly disruptive. The workers were loud and made inappropriate comments while trying to peek inside, which was unsettling. Additionally, the view, which was a key factor in our booking, was partially blocked by a building directly in front of us. While I understand the host can't control the construction, it would have been helpful to have this mentioned in the listing. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of access to amenities after check-out, which is typical for hotel stays but not stated upfront. Additionally, we were told we could leave our luggage with reception, given the early check-out time and our later plans, but the staff unfortunately refused, which was quite inconvenient, especially considering we had hea

The accommodation is excellent. The place is very clean, very well cared for, everything is in perfect condition from the kitchen to the bedroom. The place is silence. A strategic point to be able to move around San Jose. Totally recommended. Paolo is a super host, very attentive and friendly from the first moment, with him very fluid and assertive communication and, above all, looking to help us have a pleasant stay. Beautiful accomodations with ipen air kitchen and modern, air-conditioned bedrooms/showers. Jungle enclave just a few hubdred meters from the black sand beach. On site swimming pool, comfortable sitting area and tables adacent to the pool. Bus stop and groceries just outside the gate. Easy walk along the beach to Puerto Viejo or take a tuk tuk for 2.000 colones. Host very responsive and proactive. Would stay here again and highly recommend

Alexander is a very friendly host. The villa was very large with its own pool and great views. I would stay with him again anytime. 🥰

The house was very clean & very nice. A little far from the city La fortuna (on foot, it seems dangerous to me), but as a result, we have absolute calm. Marlene is very thoughtful and responsive.

This place felt like home right away! We were a family with young kids plus a grandparent. Everyone had a fantastically comfortable room, getting excellent sleep. The backyard is amazing for quiet family dinners, enjoying hammocks and fresh air in the evening. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The location within this Residencial is great - very close to the pools and the beach. Isa is a great host, her responces are super quick, she's kind and understanding, and makes extra efforts to accommodate her guests. Conclusion: we fell in love with this place and our entire family just cannot wait to come back!

My family and I had a great time. The Airbnb was really nice. Perfect for a day in the beach and then come back in the afternoon to swim in the pool and have fun in the living room with the board games. Also the nature surrounding the house is beautiful. There is a Sloth leaving in the trees around the house and showed up to us. We are so grateful for having available AC as well. In general, the house and Stefan’s hospitality made our stay a pleasant experience.

Our stay was fantastic. Daniel and Adrian (+ their team) were super responsive and made our trip so easy. They helped schedule all of the activities we wanted to do and transportation to anywhere in Costa Rica. I have never experienced service like this from an AirBnB host. 10/10 is an understatement. The place was clean and fit what we were looking for. Walkable to downtown La Fortuna. Very friendly as well. Pura Vida!!!

Great place to stay! We had a view of Jaco Beach from our balcony. This place was modern, safe and walking distance to the beach. Parking was very safe and private. I highly recommend to anyone going to Costa Rica. Anytime we had questions they were very quick to respond.

The view is incredible. This view itself was probably my favorite thing about San Jose. Very nice building, seemed to be the nicest in the area. The unit feels like a showroom that has been converted to an Airbnb. You must be able to sleep with the sounds of street traffic. The water heater did break momentarily. The host was responsive and sent someone to investigate the issue immediately. Not the nicest neighborhood but we struggled to find nice neighborhoods in San Jose in general. 5 stars for this unit. 2 stars for San Jose.

This was our fourth week using Airbnbs for lodging, and this was our favorite by far! Carol was always fast to reply and offered helpful ideas for our stay. Her condo has everything you might need for a great stay. The community is super safe with a gate to access, another code for parking, a different code for the tower and another for the condo! No keys just codes. The outside pools and beach are super clean and great for relaxing. The bed was fabulous, shower and AC worked great too! Weekends have more families coming to use the units but all the other days it is super quiet and just a handful of people using the facilities. We had a fabulous week and look forward to returning again. Thank you Carol!

Beautiful apartment and surround of several places to know

I've stayed at Jhonathan's Villa for the past few years, and I certainly feel at home here. Jaco is growing quickly, and Jonathan's home is quiet with plenty of activities close by. It has a perfect location, quiet and comfortable. You will enjoy your stay.

We spent 3 beautiful weeks in this wonderful place by the sea under the warm sun of Bejuco. Very nice holiday . Long walk to the beach in the morning, swimming without a warm sea with great waves. Good restaurants within walking distance especially Don Toro! What about our hosts William and Georgina! Very proactive to all our requests. I would highly recommend this place.

Raymond was a very good host. There were a couple of issues but Raymond's response was timely in handling them. 10 minute walk into town if you want to get your steps in. Will stay again. Thanks, Nelson
