Had a great time staying in this cozy and beautiful space. It was perfect for everything we needed, walkable to grocery and pharmacy. Everything was perfect! Amazing host and would love to stay again :)

We stayed 2 nights and the place was as described. Simple but all we needed in Punta Arénas. Loreto was responsive and helped us when we needed, we do recommend the place!

Maria Angélica's attention is quite good, she contacted me at all times (since we booked). In general they are very attentive, every question or request was 100% willing to help us. The cottage is small but cozy. My only recommendation, would be to add more kitchen utensils, like toaster and a stick spoon.

We had a great stay. So fantastic to have a dedicated parking spot. Nury, the host, was super friendly and helpful. The space was comfortable with a lot of natural light, each room had a window. We were very close to the shopping mall that had the Lider supermarket. This made it very easy to use the well equipped kitchen and self cater. We would recommend this place and would stay again. Oh and we were so happy to have a washing machine!!

The apartment is just as seen in the photos, modest but with everything you need for a few days in Punta Arenas. Very hot water and heating at all times. Edmunto was attentive to our arrival and explained all the shops in the area. Caminando is about 20-25 minutes from downtown, but it's a flat city and it doesn't get heavy, the coastal promenade is 1 minute away.

Sandro and his son are great hosts - both are super friendly and very helpful. At the check in Sandros son gave us good recommendations for the area. After the check out Sandro texted me that I forgot something, but I was already on the bus. So he even packaged it for me and sent it to Puerto Natales, where I could pick it up on the same day. Generally the apartment has everything you need and is very close to the center. It’s a safe area even at night with restaurants and shops in short walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying there and hope to come back someday!
