We really enjoyed our stay in Andres apartment. The apartment is very well equipped and the terrace with ocean views is unbeatable. He was always attentive to our communications to support any requirement during our stay there. I recommend it to the Airbnb community.

Excellent hostess. The apartment is new and very pretty. Perfect location, Right in the middle of the two beaches of Salinas; San Lorenzo and Chipipe. Very nice views from the apartment and also the terrace, which is perfect for a pleasant time with the family. The air conditioners work perfectly, as are its kitchen and refrigerator. Overall, 10 points! I hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!

Excellent Accommodation you really feel at home the location is quiet and its owner super friendly ... i was with the family and the truth would come back one and a thousand times to the place .. i would 100% recommend this lodging ...

The view is great, we went with a group of friends and our little kids, they enjoyed the pool, the grill. The site is far away but quiet, plenty of space to park inside the property. The kitchen is remodeled, oven, microwave, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, freezer (very helpful). The house already has its years, but everything is very clean and tidy… Ana Maria is very attentive to anything we asked and Mrs. Gina, she honors everything they say about her, a nice person. The beach that is close to the house is not very nice but close (tip 7) is very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Sergio's place! The photos match the description and the place. We were super comfortable and the service was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

The place is very spacious and cozy, the pool area was very cool and ideal to enjoy as a family, the area is quiet although a little desolate it is convenient only for caution to have the vehicle within the spacious parking lot, the rooms were comfortable and all with A/C , it is a 10 of 10

All very well, great location, close to everything, ideal for family vacations.

Great view from the sea !!! It featured amenities such as pools, sauna, Turkish, games, and everything within walking distance of the beach. We pass it very nice in new year watching the fireworks. Manuel is always friendly and attentive to our concerns.

The host and all the local staff was extremely excellent, the place was very clean and everyone was attentive. Very close to the beach and alot of local restaurants. Everything was exactly as described and everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us. The only issue was the restobar Tulum across the street had live entertainment every night that was extremely loud and went until 5am every night, but that had nothing to do with the condo, the host or the staff, but you should be aware of that. But everything else was fantastic!
