Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Putnam County

I had the nicest time! Came here with my dog for a solo birthday trip away from Nashville, and felt right at home. The cottage had everything I needed, but the best part was, of course, the animals! A bunch of new lambs had just been born, so it was so nice to see them playing. All of the animals are clearly used to being around people (and dogs), and were eager to take apples and carrots straight from my hand. Winding down by the fire at night was great, and the lighter fluid, firewood, fire starter, and lighter made getting a fire going easy, despite all of the recent rain. Going to make this an annual tradition!

We had a great time at this place. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and didn’t feel crowded at all. It was as described and exactly as pictured. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a couple or family. And if you are bringing your four legged friends..this is by far the best set up. Fenced in yard with outside dog kennel. We will be back.

Brad's place is one of the most interesting places I've stayed with AirBnB. The furniture and the artwork, which I suspect much was made by Brad, was beautiful. Getting to stay there for a few days was a real treat. If I am ever back in Cookeville with a group of friends, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is my 2nd stay here, and we enjoyed it again. Brittany is always great with helpful responses. The place is comfortable and clean. I love the location...you are close to a lot of things.

We had an amazing time with our family and friends before they head back to college/work. Our boat is at Hurricane Marina and the drive there was less than 15 minutes- which was very nice! We enjoyed playing pool and games. House had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable! We highly recommend this place and Michelle was super responsive! Thank you for sharing!

Ms. Jane was the most absolute sweetest host. The space in her home was perfect, even though it’s on their property, it felt private and like I was just in my own little world. I can’t wait to go back again, experience more of the town and watch the stars go by on a clear night. The pool was the perfect relaxation space.

Very comfortable stay for our group and the proximity to Tennessee Tech was really great. We enjoyed the space for gathering and found our stay super enjoyable.

We stayed in Anna’s other property last year and I was so excited to see this one was available since the other wasn’t for the week we were in town. Will definitely be back next year!!

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

It was a great little cabin. We needed somewhere to lay our heads and rest for the night. The bathhouse was within walking distant of the cabin. The bathhouse was so clean, fresh and warm on the cold night we were there. The cabin didn’t have heating but management was so kind to bring in a heater and extra blankets.

Ammon’s place is gorgeous, comfortable and peaceful. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to visit again sometime!

House was great. The only drawback was the last 2 miles of drive in. The road / driveway is not paved and not well maintained. SUV is good but if you went with a low car or sport car you would have issues. If it happens to snow you will need AWD to get up the hill in the last 2 miles.

Stacey’s place was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at a relative’s house! The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast for our large family and a gated yard for our dog. We were gone during the day since we were in town visiting family, but we were happy to get back at night and have comfy place to relax and sleep. Great stay for a family. 🏔️

From start to finish Alexa was so helpful, friendly and walked us through everything. The cozy cottage was so adorable and looked just like the pictures. I would definitely book again when I go back to Cookeville, TN.

The place was amazing and peaceful. The view was spectacular. Allen was so helpful and attentive. The house had everything and more. the mountain views reminded me of my childhood home in the Poconos. my family and I loved it.
