House holiday rentals in Qena Governorate

This was simply the best experience we could wish for on our first visit to Luxor. The house itself is very spacious with super comfortable beds and an extremely well equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces and the balconies are just divine with panoramic views across the Nile. The pool was the perfect temperature and a must after being out in the hot sun. The house is better than the photos. What really made our stay so amazing was the host Arlene, the Hotel staff next door and the most amazing taxi driver Ahmed...all of who could not do enough for you to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable it could be. The hotel food was delicious and very well priced for the huge amount you were served. There is also a small family run restaurant 'The Farmers House' just past Djorff Palace Hotel, where the food is incredible - Veggie option is the best! Thankyou Sayed, Osman and a MASSIVE Thankyou to Arlene and Ahmed, for making us feel like we had a second home in Luxor. WE WILL BE BACK!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! It really captures the beauty and magic of Luxor. On top of the accommodations the host fed us the best food we’ve had in Egypt. Ahmed is super friendly and very accommodating and even ran to the store to pick up cold medicine when I told him I wasn’t feeling well. The host really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Mohammad went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests and was incredibly supportive and responsive throughout our entire stay. He is an exceptional host, and I highly recommend staying at his place as his hospitality is unmatched. Very friendly and helpfull hosts. Beautiful location near Temples and valley of the Kings. The house was very clean and has a beautiful view at night.

The whole house is sparkling clean and even a refined little garden.In addition, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the host would do his best to accommodate my needs, and even took me to the temple on the mountain with his motorcycle at night!Go to ferry boat and pick me up in person, save a lot of trouble!A highly recommended listing!

Mohamed is a great host and gave us simple and quick check-in and check-out instructions. He provided options for us to book transportation, meals at his place and activities such as a balloon experience. He is very responsible and nice. His apartment met all our requirements. It is quite big and has a lot of light. We slept very well there. The apartment isn’t located in the city centre but it is close to the majority of the important temples on the west-side (check in Google Maps “Malkata House” as the apartment is located nearby). For us the location wasn’t a bit issue because anyway in Egypt you need to move with taxi (even if you are in the city centre there are many sites not in the city centre). Actually, I have to say the location was quite positive in the way that was quiet and peaceful, far from the noise of the city centre. I would fully recommend this apartment to have a pleasant stay in Luxor. If I come back to Luxor, Mohamed’s apartment will be definitely my option again
