Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Québec City

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

We had a great time at Nicolas' place. The cottage is comfortable, warm, well-equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect for enjoying the area. We are grateful for this beautiful relaxing stay.

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Very nice stay in Quebec City. Very well located house with a magnificent view of the river and Ile d 'Orléans. Comfortable rooms and well equipped kitchen. We would recommend it.

The condo is wonderful and the host is very kind and generous.

Beautiful place worth visiting.

We had a wonderful stay at Élise and Pierre-Luc's place. The place is comfortable, well equipped and beautiful. Easy to gain access to, parking is easy even in winter. Very good proximity to tourist places, 15-20 min for Quebec City or Ile d 'Orléans, 10 min for Montmorency or Sainte Anne de Beaupré Falls and the ski resort only 30 minutes away. This is really the right place to visit the Quebec City area quietly.

Clean, quiet and everything you need!!! Love this space

Everything about Frédéric's place was really nice! It's exactly as shown in the photos. It's also well-kept, clean, and organized. I loved the interior and his place had many basic necessities provided. Frédéric is also a great host who is very responsive and communicates well. There's also many choices of restaurants and pubs nearby. I would definitely come back to stay again at this place. The only con is that there is a homeless refuge at the back of the apartment but we didn't have any issues and didn't feel unsafe, as long as we avoided that area.

Lesya place was a great place to stay very close to Old Quebec, either by ferrie or car. The place was super clean and confty! Definetly recommended if need a relax place close to Old Quebec.

In the best equipped apartments I've frequented! Everything was there! Very nice and like the photos. It is a developing neighborhood and unfortunately there is a lot of poverty around, but we never felt in danger, just sad to see these people in this state. Restaurants are legion around, and in 15 minutes I was at the Convention Center using the famous steps! Impeccable accommodation, we will surely go back:)

It's a great place, it's clean and beautiful. You have everything you need and you quickly feel at home. It's a little noisy, but it's located on a boulevard so it's normal.

This was a great place to stay to explore Quebec. 30min walk to Old Quebec (lots of stairs but manageable), and a number of great restaurants and coffee shops right next door. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and had all the basics needed for cooking meals as well. Great experience overall!

Great place to stay, easily accessible from both the train station and the airport. On foot about 20-25 min to the old town, but restaurants, bars also nearby.... and many buses right outside the door. Very nice, well equipped apartment overlooking the mountains!

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
