XIII, rehabilitated with historical criteria; It is located 80 km from Barcelona, in a natural environment, surrounded by fields and forests, energetically sustainable and with an incredible indoor pool and a soccer field. The use of the jacuzzi will be affected according to the drought emergency states established by the government of Catalonia. As of 05/07/2024, the emergency phase has been lifted and its use is possible.

The cottage is located in a very quiet area at the foot of the Beille plateau ( cross-country skiing and hiking), 500 m from the center of Les Cabannes (supermarket,bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...), 40 km from Pas de la case, 15 km from Ax les Thermes(ski resort and thermolism). Charming house "El patio" of 114 m2 bright and renovated with patio with trees. Reversible AC in all the rooms! Comfortable 300 m by walk from the full village center of Argeles sur mer with its shops, cobblestone streets and market. Very easy parking. Located near the Massane kindergarten and the town hall. 3 floors and 3 bedrooms, large living room. 2 toilets, 25m2 shaded patio with barbecue. wifi and key box for self check-in if needed. Lots of charm.
