This place was perfect for our family of 6, 2 parents an aunt and 3 semi-adult kids. We also had friends rent a condo down the beach that fit well in our free time hanging out at the pool and beach area overlooking the ocean. Lots of space for all, everyone had their own bathroom and privacy. The host and caretakers were great. So responsive and helpful from getting checked in to local recommendations and activities. They helped us rent 3 golf carts which worked out great and was a nice way to tool around town. Completely walkable too. This little town has a nice laid-back vibe with a couple fun beach bars with delicious food. There isn't a lot of nightlife past about 9pm, but the house was a great place to hang out with drinks and views in all directions. We played games and enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces at the house.

La vraie expérience mexicaine. Lemplacement du logement est parfait ! Très peu de touristes .. on se sentait parmi les locaux (qui sont très gentils et aidants). À moins de 3 minutes à pied il y a une epicerie complète (allant des vêtements à tous les aliments). Plein de petits kiosques de taco delicieux et abordables dans les environs (le tout à la marche ). Par contre, pour avoir accès aux differentes et magnifiques plage de Cozumel, il faut une voiture. Mais le déplacement se fait tres bien (entre 5 et 15 minutes). Mariela est une hôte parfaite. Ses enfants ont joué avec les nôtres malgré les barrières de la langue. Elle répond tres rapidement ! Elle est toujours prête à aider! Elle nous a donné des références et l'aide au besoin. L'endroit est très propre et spacieux. Plein de commodités idéales pour les familles !! Piscine très propre, intime et agréable. Wifi, Netflix, Prime, etc. J'ai adoré mon séjour.

The casa was just like the photos! Lots of room for a family of 11 and kids. We didn't even use the 1 casa. The house is close to the main road, beach clubs, and downtown. This is really important since most roads to houses are not paved. The Tulum Airport is about 35 min away without traffic. The host provides a guidebook for close clubs and beaches which is super helpful. The zebra club is amazing if you have kids! I do recommend renting out a boat (H20H Sun Cruises crew were great), then hitting Serenity Beach Club (water is calmer) for kids , be prepared though for beach vendors, we loved that. Orlando the house manager was amazing he answered all questions right away. The house has all the amenities. For food we loved Palma Central Tulum (Food Trucks) or for authentic tacos Taqueria La Chiapaneca or for coffee Story Horse is a must.

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones familiares, nuestra anfitriona estuvo pendiente antes de nuestra llegada, en nuestra estancia y en nuestra partida. La casa se entrega tal cual se presenta en las fotos, realmente es muy cómoda y acogedora, se siente como estar en tu propia casa. La ubicación del fraccionamiento es muy seguro además de encontrarse en un punto intermedio entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen....punto aparte es Puerto Morelos que es simplemente espectacular. Sin dudarlo volvería a reservarla.

Evelyn's house is great value for the money and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and we loved congregating together at the outdoor table. The beds are extremely comfortable and Evelyn was always available for our questions. The neighborhood is delightfully emerging, and there are some wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. We loved walking to these, local bodegas, and the taco truck down the road. This is very much an opportunity to live more like a local than you would if you stayed in Tulum's hotel zone. It's grittier, but much more colorful and authentic. We would 100% stay again. One note: the listing address doesn't necessarily show up accurately on GPS. We found it was more accurate to search for "Menchaca Studio." Additionally, if you're renting a car, I would strongly recommend a car with higher carriage like a small or midsized SUV. Our small sedan bottom out on the rougher dirt roads.

El departamento muy bien equipado, tanto la cocina con electrodomésticos necesarios para la comida así como la sala con Aire acondicionado y el entretenimiento de la TV. Alicia fue muy atenta y amable durante toda la estancia. Estamos muy agradecidos 🙏

This is a good place. Would stay here again without hesitation. Nice, responsive, hosts. Maybe too small for 3, but perfect for 2. Very clean and a nice area near the ocean.

Excelente el departamento. Lo único un poco decepcionante y que no es responsiva del alojamiento, es la deficiencia de mantenimiento del cenote público, que se encuentra dentro del complejo Zama. Ojalá y se le prestará más atención y cuidado a dicho cenote!

The place was beautiful. We enjoyed our time at Dan’s home. We would definitely book this Airbnb again next time. Very safe location with a great view!

We had a lovely stay at this condo and it was very centrally located so we could walk to everything we needed. Definitely check out the bakery (Francis) and the little market across the street, just two blocks from the condo on your way to 5th Avenue. You won’t be disappointed!

My boyfriend and I were in Tulum to celebrate our 30th and 35th birthdays and also for the Afterlife and Circoloco festivals. We chose this airbnb because it’s close to Zamna venue but also to the strip, beaches, and all the other places we wanted to go to while we were in town. The property is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and super helpful making sure we got to the house okay and had all we needed throughout the week we were there. They were kind enough to give us a ton of great recommendations on things to do and places to eat which I really appreciated also. Only wish we could have stayed longer!!! Definitely cant wait to come back and stay with Hector and Danevat again, thank you both for everything!

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Todo lo que se describía, el lugar estaba completamente limpio, utensilios para cocinar, y hasta cositas de más, encontramos una arañita, pero eso no es por falta de limpieza, es normal por la ubicación, a parte había insecticida, la alberca se encontraba limpia el agua, solo las hojas que caen de los árboles, pero nada que no se pudiera quitar con la red, el lugar muy privado, nada de ruido, ideal para una pareja
