Aparthotel holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

The views from the penthouse are amazing, with the best view from the wall of windows in the master bedroom. We moved a couple of chairs into the bedroom so folks could relax looking at the water. We had Irma cook a few meals for us - highly recommend her Mexican fare with fresh corn tortillas and homemade quacamole! The food at the on-site restaurant was also very good and reasonably priced. We utilized both the on-site convenience store and also walked a couple of blocks to the Exxo for supplies during our stay. The local bus stops close to the complex so it is easy to get a ride up the hotel zone to visit other markets and restaurants. The only downside was that we were not able to locate the drain plug for the hot tub.

We were very comfortable in the apartment Good option if you are traveling with your pet, it has Jardin very nice. We only stayed one night. Well equipped with climate and kitchenette.

Extended sweet Cancun cumbres was worth every penny paid. Clean and close to the airport 2 main things that I was looking for when renting. A plus was the restaurants next door and also gyms nearby. Easy to go out and get a quick eat or a main course meal. Theirs a park nearby as well if you feel like breathing in some fresh air.

The space was well curated and beautiful! If I come back to playa del carmen I will definitely stay here again. It is so spacious and clean. The hosts were very responsive, we had alot of questions and needed help with unresponsive taxis, and they were always available to help. Only issue we had was we couldn't get the jacuzzi to work, but I think that could have been resolved if we had asked for them to show us when we checked in. I highly recommend this place and thank you to Santiago and Maria for making my birthday one to remember!

I stayed for 2 nights with Federico and felt welcome and home from the very first moment. It is a quiet and calm place just few steps from the beach and with a very nice rooftop place to relax. The rooms are spacious and very clean, aircondition and WiFi worked great. Federico was a great host and his recommendations and tips were very helpful. I will for sure look for this place again whenever I return to El Cuyo.

The place was beautiful and very private. It worked great for us after we learned Tulum Country Club and Bahia Principe's rules as it relates to this property. Only the owner of this property has access to main areas & pools accessed by roaming golf cart shuttles @ Bahia Principe Tulum, Coba and Akumal. To use any pool except for the one across the street, you must pay a day fee of ~$80/adult and ~$40/child for all inclusive access from 9-6pm. Others staying at this resort (not homes) have access to pools and the adults only breakfast & lunch buffet. You must pay and no kids allowed. There are a handful of other restauraunts on the expansive gated grounds. BP staff was confused if not annoyed that we were at a 'residenciales' home but weren't the owner: renting. Aside from learning access limitations awkwardly, it worked great for us since the pool by the home was all ours while we were there. Hoping this clarifies expectations for the next visitor. House was privacy and luxury!

Absolutely amazing! The view, the amenities and the peacefulness was well worth not being right on the beach. Woke up every morning to the beautiful sounds of the birds and the jungle. It was so easy to relax and know that everything you needed was there already.

Paola was a lovely host, she allowed us to check in early and arranged our onward travel. The location was also perfect, thank you!

nice quiet get away with great outdoor space.

Very nice place, very close to the fifth avenue and very close to the places of antros, even though there was a lot of noise we were able to rest very well, everything was very clean and tidy!

Very pleasant stay, ideal for disconnecting from everything. Simple but all clean. We will definitely visit Cubos de Arena again.

The place Corresponds with the photos, it is very clean and beautiful, the sunsets on the terrace are the best, also that Don Fernándo was always attentive to our needs and gave us recommendations of places to visit.

Federico is a really good host, very friendly and fun, he goes above and beond to make you feel like at home, the hotel is in an amazing location right on a beach and you can get anywhere around here by foot, lots of great restaurants right around the corner, would recomend!
