Holiday rentals with a pool in Quintana Roo

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

todo bien ordenado y limpio canas confortables. algunos detalles como cualquier otro arriendo... por mi parte que tengo hijos. tengan mucho cuidado con el sillón ya que es precioso pero se ensucia algo facil al tener hijos. de igual forma pagamos al anfitrión por la limpieza de estos sillones lo cual obviamente correspondía y quedó todo ok.

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de restaurantes, farmacias, zona hotelera, aeropuerto... Se ubica dentro de un condominio por lo que es bastante seguro. La casa es amplia y está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario.

Es un lugar amplio, limpio y en excelentes condiciones, hubo un inconveniente con la lavadora y el microondas, pero la respuesta de los anfitriones fue rápida y eficaz. Super recomendados!

We loved everything about this rental. It is in a great location. We felt very safe and there are so many great places to eat within walking distance. The house is beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and comfortable and the rooftop pool is amazing. Veronica and her husband met us for check in and were friendly and so helpful with suggestions for places to visit. She also helped connect us with a car rental prior to our visit so we didn’t have to navigate the stress of finding a car at the airport upon arrival. This was our first trip to Mexico and Veronica helped to make this a wonderful stress free visit. We recommend her 💯 percent!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Very conveniently located and clean and pristine. Thomas was very responsive and attentive host throughout our stay. 10/10 recommend!

Casa Sora was such an amazing house! We had a wonderful time with the entire place. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is large. The backyard is fantastic with the BBQ area and the pool. The deck on the top is fantastic. Even each of the bedrooms were great! I highly recommend staying here and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We had a fantastic time. Victor was always very responsive and even got us in a bit early. Thank you!!

This was my first time visiting Playa del Carmen. Christian provided outstanding communication and assistance in guiding me throughout the stay. Nice job. The location makes getting around the main area very easy and quick. You are a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to main pedestrian walkway where I found most people go.

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Inmejorable, el lugar perfecto, tranquilo, seguro, el departamento precioso, con todas las comodidades, el estacionamiento excelente, el anfitrión siempre preocupado por nosotros, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una tarjeta de bienvenida, chocolates y una botella de vino de cortesía. Me and my fianceé stayed here for 5 weeks, so I am pretty familiar with it. It's clean and comfortable place, with good air conditioning (in each room) and a kitchen. There are all kinds of cups, plates, Yeti cups, kitchen tools and the like. The beds are comfortable and there are a ton of pillows and back up pillows and blankets. There are a whole bunch of towels too. The couch pulls out into another bed, although I didn't think it would be the best for sleeping. But great for having people lounge about. The roof is up four flights of stairs but has a great, but small pool thats good for sitting in. The laundry machines are free and up there as well. The only complaint I would have is the noise, but that was clearly noted in the description so we brought ear plugs. Because the location is close to everything, you can hear some music at night. Its much less in the bedrooms though. The location does really make this place. I loved it.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Muy buena ubicación, segura el apartamento y edificio limpio y ordenado. La seguridad muy buena nos sentimos en casa. El host buenísimos siempre nos respondió y dio opciones de restaurantes y lugares para visitar. Highly recommend.

3 words to describe Lily's place - cozy, quaint and convenient. Lily was a wonderful host, and provided excellent communication via What's * App - a benefit for travelers without lots of cellular data. And the location is right on 5th Avenue in Playa - with lots of restaurants within 2 blocks, and honestly, not too crazy & loud music The 2 bedrooms are excellent for two couples, the decor is warm and welcoming, and the patio is a great place to sit and watch the action of 5th Avenue. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we're in Playa. 👍

beautiful condo right on the beach. easy acceed to everything. clean, spacious unit with a pool right there. host was friendly, responsibe and good natured. A+ all around.

La casa de Sergio es hermosa, perfectamente cuidada y de excelente gusto. Superó por mucho nuestras expectativas, los cuartos súper amplios todos con vestidor y camas muy cómodas, la cocina, sala y terraza enormes, la alberca bonita, grande y con una palapa genial para estar en grupos de amigos o familiares. La vista al canal es súper linda y se puede tomar el sol desde que amanece y hasta el atardecer. Francesca quien siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo es una persona súper amable, me recomendó -entre muchas otras cosas- un Catamarán donde la pasamos espectacular (de hecho pasaron por nosotros al muelle de la casa), siempre fue muy atenta y resolutiva con la mejor actitud que he visto. En la casa estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros Rox, ella tuvo siempre la casa impecable y nos trató como una verdadera anfitriona. Recomiendo ampliamente esta casa y todo lo que implica, en general le daría 100/100 NOS ENCANTÓ y claro que volveremos.

Our stay in Tulum was absolutely amazing, thanks to Donna and her co-host Lauriane. The house was beautiful, looked exactly as pictured, and was in a great location. It was walkable to many restaurants and little shops, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Lauriane went above and beyond to help organize transportation, excursions, and everything in between for my group. Both hosts were extremely responsive. Our vacation would’ve been much different if It hadn’t been for Donna and Lauriane. We had one small issue with hot water when we checked in that was revolved immediately. The church next door that is mentioned in the listing did not bother us at all. You definitely can hear the singing, but not over top of the fan from the air conditioner. I would highly recommend staying here when going to Tulum and working with Donna and Lauriane. We hope to go back soon!

La unidad estaba perfectamente situada frente al mar, la alberca y restaurantes. Las camas muy cómodas y la cocina con lo necesario para cocinar. La atención de Mónica y Yazmín estuvo de primera. Nos atendieron de lujo y nos ayudaron con cosas extras hasta ir por un abanico de piso para mi hijo autista que lo necesita para dormir. Hicieron toda la diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. Les agradecemos de corazón todas las atenciones. Y sin duda regresaremos.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

Maison magnifique tout à fait conforme aux photos. Gardien à l’entrée de la résidence et possible d’aller dîner à pied dans des restaurants de la Veleta. Communication très facile avec Yessica Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison !

The spot and view are amazing and breathtaking. The condo had all that we were looking for - starting with a comfortable bed, which is not always the case in AirBnBs. When there were too many around the pool area, you could go back to your private deck and put on some noise-cancelling headphones. A positive surprise: at the pool, there is a bar where you can order endless... cocktails! The location is quiet after 10 PM, while being very close to the famous Fifth Avenue where all the tourist restaurants are, but you can also wander around it and find some interesting spots. There is also a big supermarket where you can find everything, including a $2,500 wine bottle !, at a 5-minute walk. If you want to be picky, the pool water (in December) was fresh but not cold + we never found a bread toaster.

Absolutely stunning home and wonderful location. We didn’t feel the need to pack in a large itinerary because we could enjoy the home, pool, cabana, and beach all just steps away from each other. Add to that the convenience of walking to downtown and it’s a place for a priceless vacation. Orane and Cecilia were so responsive and helpful as well.
