Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

Laura's place is a great place to stay! There's so many details that show their thoughtfulness in designing the apartment. Would definitely stay again.

fácil de llegar, rente vehículo lo deje enfrente y sin ningún problema, es una llegada con instrucciones claras y aunque solo ocupe el Airbnb para dormir pudimos descansar de forma agradable, cuando lo saludé en persona resultó ser muy amable y hasta dió recomendaciones sobre que lugares elegir para visitar

This was a perfect place for us, in a nice area, parking outside lots of great restaurants a few mins walk away and 2 mins from the beach. What more can you ask for. Oh yes, a lovely roof top terrace. Great find, great time, thanks guys

I have stayed with Martha on many cozumel vacations. Her unit is well equipment and played out. Martha is always available to help at any time.

This was our second year staying at this Airbnb, and it felt like coming home. Though it’s a simple, budget-friendly place, its very peaceful and very secure The terrace, with its view of the jungle and the hummingbirds fluttering by, was a daily delight. The snorkeling equipment and two bikes provided were essential for our daily life. However, what sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of our host, George. A genuinely kind person, he went above and beyond for us. He organized a nice work place for my husband. Not only George ensured the bikes were repaired quickly, making our stay very comfortable. He also help us rent a scooter at a great price. When I lost my phone the day before we were leaving, only thanks to George I was lucky to find it. We’re incredibly grateful for his warm, attentive care and can’t wait to return again!

Séjour idyllique à Bacalar, Luis était à l’écoute de toutes nos requêtes. Seul bémol, une nuit bruyante liée à une fête dans le voisinage. À part ceci nous recommandons !

Wir konnten leider nur eine kurze Nacht bleiben, aber es war trotzdem eine sehr gute Entscheidung zu kommen. Die Lage in der Nähe der Playa 88 ist super, wir konnten auch direkt mit dem Auto vor der Unterkunft parkieren. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Die beiden Gastgeber habeb immer superschnell geantwortet und waren auch bei anderen Themen sehr hilfsbereit, vielen Dank! Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

supero mis expectativas, un sitio acogedor con todas las comodidades, incluso muchas mas de las que esperaba, como elementos para ir a la playa (sillas, sombrillas y hielera), los anfitriones son geniales, te hacen sentir como si fueran tu propia familia, un sitio 1000% recomendado, si algún día regreso a ese paraíso de seguro me alojare en este mismo sitio.

Gladys was a very responsive host. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The place itself had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The beds were comfortable and it was very convenient with the extra bathrooms. There was also an additional half bath next to the beautiful pool.

geweldige plek. Hoewel het huis niet heel sfeervol is, is het toch een fijne plek. het is zeer ruim, fijn zwembadje, leuke tuin vol leguanen en de omgeving is prachtig. fietsverhuur, winkeltje, paarden op terrein. valladolid op 5 minuten rijden. perfect voor ons jonge gezin. fijne tijd gehad.

super excelente todos los servicios ac frío agua caliente estufa y trastes de cocina hise varias comidas grandes la alberca está hermosa ahí pase buen tiempo con los niños en cada esquina de la cuadra tienes Oxxo en la av nichupte pasa el camión para la zona hotelera cobra 12 pesos por persona está super bien todo excelente lave ropa funciona muy bien la lavadora y todo excelente dominic muy amable y atento sin duda alguna volvería a reservar aquí a mi gusto la mejor playa que conocí fue la forum excelente para los niños.

La ubicación es perfecta a unos pasos de la playa, los servicios que prestan dentro de las instalaciones es perfecto, lo unico que podria poner como negativo es tal vez que las instalaiones se ven un poco descuidadas pero en terminos generales es un buen lugar para alojarse.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Departamento identifico a las fotos, excelente ubicación, una vista genial, la playa excelente, súper limpio y ordenado. Lugar 100% recomendado. Gianmarco genial como anfitrión. Nelly's place was perfect! Well equiped and clean with an awesome plunge pool on the patio. Nelly was responsive and catered to our needs.The location was also, in our opinion, great! It is located on the quieter end of 5th. Close to the beach and taxis and the supermarket. We will be back!🤗 Thank you Nelly.

Mandy 100% lives up to her 5-star reviews! She is an amazing host, and once you’ve stayed here, you’ll see her positive, happy personality is reflected throughout the condo. We were just down a week ago, and when or if we needed something, she was just a quick email away, with a fast response. We had an emergency and had to return early. I had asked if my in-laws could stay for the remaining time as they were remodeling their kitchen, and we had just fully stock the fridge. She said, “Yes, absolutely your sister-in-law is very welcome.” The condo was well stocked having everything you could need to enjoy a comfortable stay. My spouse and I have many food sensitivities, so, I planned to cook all our meals. I had no problems finding just the right dish or utensil for the job. It made me smile to see a couple new spare toothbrushes in the bathroom. We did not need one, though, it was very thoughtful for someone who may have overlooked packing theirs. Mandy is the best!!!

Todo super bien, acordé a lo que vi en el anuncio, la atención del anfitrión fue super buena, el dpto estaba súper bonito y amplio, el único detalle era una vecina que fue más de tres veces a tocar la puerta en distintos horarios ( 1 pm, 5 pm etc ) porque " supuestamente le molestaba el ruido hasta del inodoro" . Pero de ahí en fuera lo recomiendo ampliamente!!

Nous avons adoré le logement ! Tout est très bien pensé pour y passer un bon séjour. Il est grand, les lits sont confortables et la terrasse avec la vue sur la piscine est superbe (attention aux noix de coco), on peut y observer les oiseaux et les iguanes ! Il est également très bien situé pour profiter de Cancun et des alentours (voiture obligatoire mais deux places de parking). Les personnes assurant la sécurité sont très gentilles et Margot est très prévenante, elle a beaucoup facilité notre arrivée et à toujours été présente en cas de besoin. Merci beaucoup Margot de nous avoir confié votre logement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Mariana is a wonderful host who is very quick to respond and is very helpful. The apartment is in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean. The beds in the bedrooms are comfy.
