Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen , comfortable rooms with bathrooms , television space with Netflix. Privileged location, close to the historic center walking , very safe neighborhood, near near a 17th century square and church… it has nearby TIA supermarkets… Less than 10 minutes walking metro station San francisco that makes it easy for you to go to many places in Quito .. memories in Plaza Quitus - Universidad Central , the Carolina and the shopping centers. Very friendly guards and very safe building, easy arrival, easy departure and ubers arrive easy. Highly recommended to have a very good stay.. Maria was very communicative and left everything ready.

Really great Airbnb right next to Parque La Carolina and the Quicentro mall. Safe area. Great internet for remote work. Very comfortable bed. Jose was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. It has a lot of value for the price.

Diego greeted me personally and helped me make the stay perfect. The entrance is a little hidden but I felt very safe by 24-hour surveillance. 100% recommendation👍🏻

It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

Good place, good location, the only advice I could give is that check-in is a little earlier since we are complicated for people who do not know the city to make time, but from there everything is excellent, super attentive

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and well equipped. Loved that they had a lot of paid movie streaming services. The host was very friendly and very accommodating. We were greeted, shown around the house and given the ok to grab any of the fruits around the property! The game room is full of fun games and activities for everyone. Thank you for the early check-in to the property! We really appreciate your kindness! Will definitely return to this place when visiting Quito!

Large, clean one bedroom apartment located on quiet street. Great location. Washer/dryer huge plus. The host very responsive and open to suggestions to improve conditions to future guests. Highly recommended unless you are a digital nomad: internet may be an issue. Ask the host what is the speed.

Everything was excellent, from the host who always had the opening to answer my messages and doubts, from the beginning to the end. the place as shown in the photos, excellent location, you have everything nearby.

Definitely a 10/10. The apartment is very nice, complete and above all clean. I loved that it is Pet Friendly and the view from the windows is beautiful, mainly because it is located on a high floor. Silvana is very friendly and always responded in time to our concerns. The building where the apartment is located is new, modern , has many amenities for guests and its location is great, close to everything literally and 1 block from La Carolina Park. Definitely when I return to Quito it's going to be my first choice to stay.
