House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Great host, Mr Aziz is easily reachable and responsive to our expectations even at the foot of a mountain during an ahah climb.. The villa is functional with several bedrooms, nothing to say to spend a stay with the family. Thank you Mr Aziz. By the way, thank you also to Brahim the swimming pool and gardener, who took care of the pool very helpful and attentive, sometimes he stayed late to clean the pool at our request a big thank you. Wow! What a location, directly on the sand! We enjoyed afternoon strolls on the beach and the sun set. Lorenzo and Mehdi are great hosts! We made some exceptional requests, for example, breakfast and they delivered with a smile! The Skhirats fish market is 1 min walk, so we purchased lots of fresh fish and had it descaled , then took it to a restaurant that cooks the fish (also 1 min away) and they delivered our grilled and fried fish to the property which was excellent! Recommended - we will be back, possibly in the summer!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the stunning surroundings and the inviting ambiance of the property. The villa itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a perfect size for our family, and we spent countless hours enjoying it. The surrounding patio area was great for lounging and soaking up the sun. The location was ideal as well. We were close enough to local attractions, yet the villa felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The nearby beach was just a short drive away, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within easy reach. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. In summary, our time at this villa was unforgettable. It provided the perfect blend of relaxation and family fun, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable getaway
