Charming house St Briac beaches 50m

Single-storey house of about 40 m2, very close to the sea in a charming seaside resort, an enclosed garden with gazebo,deckchairs, barbecue. A recent and comfortable 2 seater sofa bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom, the kitchen is new and equipped, large bathroom with shower , private parking, bicycles available. (In July-August rented only by the week from Saturday to Saturday)

Cosy eco-home, courtyard, calm, nr St Malo, Dinan

Charming renovated cottage in a beautiful stone manoir. The living area is open-plan, light and welcoming. Courtyard, large garden. Short walk on country lanes to Pleudihen village, river Rance and Mordreuc beach where you'll find our local seal Joephine sunbathing. Close by are the walled city of St Malo, medieval Dinan, the beach resort of Dinard and numerous fantastic beaches.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.
