Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Randwick City Council

Rod was very quick to respond to my questions and offered great recommendations for things we wanted to do in the area. The house was perfect for our group of five adults. We enjoyed sitting on the kitchen patio (one of three available) for coffee/tea, dinner, and playing cards. Only thing that would have made this accommodation nicer would have been air conditioning. Thank you, Rod, for being such a gracious host!

We stayed at Helen’s for 2 months while preparing to move out of the country. We love the location- it is walkable to public transit, the beach, parks and restaurants/shops. Despite being close to everything it is also quiet and peaceful, which is not always easy to find in Sydney. Helen and Tony are amazing hosts, always responsive and communicative. The house is equipped with everything you could need and you immediately feel at home. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. We greatly appreciated and felt lucky to be able to stay there!

Phou’s place was a great location for a group stay, perhaps better set up for groups with couples or for large families (all double beds with makeshift singles) than groups with unrelated adult singles where bunks or twin rooms would have helped. Apart from this, Phou was responsive, helpful, the flat had everything we needed including a crock pot Phou bought for us on request. Very easy to stay there and get around all regions of Sydney as close to multiple train stations and the bus network. I recommend this place for unrelated groups of 4-6, for groups with multiple couples, or for larger family groups where sharing a bed is not a problem.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in this funky apartment in Sydney! Our daughter adored her little sleeping nook, which made the space feel special. Having TVs in every room was a fantastic bonus, allowing us to unwind with Netflix and Disney after our adventures. The coffee machine and PlayStation added extra fun to our downtime. We particularly loved the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxation, and the shower was great! The beds were super comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The apartment's location was ideal; we could walk to many attractions, and Suzanna provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our experience. The area was pleasantly quiet, allowing us to escape the city's hustle and bustle. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sydney!

We spent lovely days in Daniel’s house. The location is great and close to the city center. Also Daniel is very friendly and welcomed us in person when we arrived at his house. It’s really helpful that we don’t need to navigate everything in his room by ourselves. Also he is kindly to show us the surroundings and reply back quickly. I definitely will go back to Daniel’s house next time. Thank you.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything ran very smoothly . The only thing I would say is, the area is very hilly and parking the car is an issue because you have to find a free space on the street and often, there isn't one. We had two people stay who had mobility issues . But Ubers were readily available and cheap. Although it's a very good location for Coogee and Gordon's beaches, only very active, fit people would be able to walk to them with ease .

I would highly recommend Liz’s place. We stayed for 2 weeks with our kids and parents. Everyone had a blast and the home was perfect for families. Thanks Liz!

Very nice apartment, the view is incredible. Perfect location, you are walking distance from the beach, but also in a very quiet street, no noise, very peaceful. The apartment is big enough to host 4 guests comfortably (1 bathroom though) and could easily fit more. The backyard is the best, the ocean view as you wake up is the best feeling. Thiago was very helpful and responsive throughout our whole stay.

Chuantao is a super friendly and helpf host, the house is quite clean, especially the carpet is super comfy. I had a good rest even one night. Thank you.

Undoubtedly Eva’s place was the best I have experienced with Airbnb. Eva treated us as her own family, allowed my son and granddaughter to come and join us and enjoy the pool. My 7 year old granddaughter was fascinated with Eva’s cats and they were very friendly with her. Eva was always there when we needed her, was very responsive to our queries and she was really gracious. Definitely I recommend Eva’s place and definitely we’ll come back and enjoy it. Thank you Eva and Michael for everything Happy New Year 🥳

Beautiful views from the balcony and pool. We loved watching the amazing sunrises and the moon coming up over the water. Easy walk to the restaurants at Dee Why.
