Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Rappahannock River

The apartment is everything you see. Close to Metro and Reston Town Center. Wegmans being in the same building is a short walk downstairs. Hassen is very responsive with any troubleshooting issues in the building.

I highly recommend this location. Top quality (the apartment, the building, and the surrounding neighborhood). The location was in walking distance to numerous amenities, and the parking garage is a huge asset. If I weren't moving to Alexandria, I would stay in this location again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My grandson loved being up in the loft area! The home was spotless and stocked with snacks, teas, etc. Really cool decor and layout. Mimi was a pleasure to communicate with and provided great dining recommendations. Would definitely book again. Very unique location with access to the historical Glen Echo Park, The Irish Inn at Glen Echo and walking trails. Thank you, Mimi!

Linda’s place is great and she is a great host. Even a paved guest parking area! She has a private entrance to the basement and she was more than accommodating! I’ll mark this one as a favorite because I come to the area frequently and will definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was the perfect size for our party of five. The building is beautiful and the condo is exactly as described. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the well stocked kitchen to the amenities in the bathrooms, this has truly been one of the top properties we’ve stayed at. Our host, Tyna, could not have been nicer. She was responsive to all messages within a few hours and called to make sure our arrival went smoothly and that the space was acceptable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the DC area.

What a perfect Airbnb experience! Terese thought of everything! Parking is off the street on a nice flat safe driveway with plenty of space. The unit was clean and free of clutter. There were plenty of places to put my things. The kitchen had everything I needed. The coffee machine was well stocked, which turned out to be a really nice perk! The bed was incredibly comfortable. AC/heat unit worked perfectly. There was a nice desk space where I got some work done, and a private and peaceful place to sit outside. I was able to wash some clothes mid week. The neighborhood is quiet and she left great instructions for how to get to a local walking trail. I was able to watch TV at night and throw on some news in the morning. Overall just everything you could hope for from an Airbnb. I hope the place is available every time I come back!

This is a very nice clean two bedroom two bath unit. Location was extremely close to the metro as well. Very good experience!

Our family always enjoys coming to Nickel cottage. The game room is always a big hit, with much time being spent playing ping pong and the little ones having age appropriate toys. As a teacher myself, I am impressed with all the children’s books and classic toys. How nice it is to have a family place to gather and have fun! We also enjoy the beautiful scenery and neighborhood cows. We even saw a baby calf with it’s momma. Our Christmas is very special indeed - much due to Grace and her personal care of our family. Her little extras mean so much to us, and we appreciate everything she does to make our stay special!

Christine's place was lovely and perfect for a weekend getaway. The house is tucked away and private but easy to find, and Christine was very communicative ahead of our stay. The space was really large and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I wish it were warmer when we were there to have taken advantage of the large outdoor space. I would definitely stay at Christine's place again.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Thanks so much.

I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to VCU for the game, which made everything so convenient. Our extended family moved in to Shacorey’s home as City of Richmond’s water was out. Place was spacious, clean and nice touches such as baskets of bath products. She was very responsive on a couple of items we needed. Would rent again…

I’ve booked dozens of airbnbs over the years and Don stands out as the most responsive host to date. Great location, beautifully furnished, unbelievably comfortable beds and linens…..this host is doing it right!

Reagan is a phenomenal host. She went out of her way help me manage through a municipal water crisis / winter weather emergency that visited Richmond along with me. Cannot recommend her places more highly.

The place was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved walking around the grounds. It was close to colonial Williamsburg and lots of other fun activities. Would definitely come again!
