A wonderful couple of days away in a beautiful part of the country. The cottage was perfect for a relaxing half term mini break, we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a fantastic view of Robin Hood’s Bay. Steve was a great host and supplied us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from local recommendations to fire logs. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, thank you Steve!

we came away for a girls night and this place was a little gem. Such a lovely cottage with everything you needed on a lovely farm with animals the girls with the horses were friendly! the cottage was immaculate the beds were so comfortable. The open fire was lovely. and the hot tub was such a lovely touch. our break was perfect we will 100% be back and recommend to others

I booked this for my wife's 40th. the host was outstanding with there responses and efforts to make my wife's birthday special. they organised balloons/banners and flowers for when we arrived, and seafood from the local fishmonger for our evening meal. The cottage was extremely well equipped, the best I have seen yet and the cleanliness was to a very high slandered. I would highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future.

We had a fabulous and restful break at Railway cottage. It was really lovely. A beautiful cottage, fabulous hot tub and lovely area. Walkable to Pickering but easy to drive to too. Jenny was super helpful when we had a hiccup with the hot tub and we had great communication. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.

We loved every minute of our trip here! The Lamp Post was pristine and the welcome hamper was a lovely! Very friendly hosts! We will definitely be booking again and telling all our friends and family to come and stay here too!

The cottage was beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. Very high quality furnishings throughout. Underfloor heating and log burner! Fantastic terrace and hottub area with enclosed garden and parking. lovws the salt hot tub. Really well stocked kitchen. lots of lovely extra touches sparkling wine gown slippers lovely smellies and bose speaker. Couldnt ask for anything else. Our host gemma was fantastic also. Great location for walking. very dog friendly with blankets and bowels supplied. Would stay again and would reccomend.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchard Cottage. The village is beautiful and the surrounding scenery is just perfect. We were very fortunate to see a barn owl on our first day, it was a real treat. The hot tub was fantastic and the temperature was spot on and it was a great place to take in the local beauty. The cottage was clean and tidy and we received some lovely welcome treats which were appreciated. We requested the second bedroom had the bed made up us a double rather than twins and this was done for check in. We met Henry when we arrived and he was lovely and very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay again, as the setting is so peaceful and the cottage was lovely and clean. I have to say that I expected some noise being on a working farm, but you could hear a pin drop which was fantastic, particularly in the mornings.

We had a lovely time at L’aal Cottage. Great use of the space, everything of high standard and fully equipped for an enjoyable stay. Jan was friendly and made us very welcome. Great spot for exploring the Yorkshire coast and a great walk along the beach to Filey.

Nice place in an excellent location

The Nest is exactly what it says on the tin: a cosy little stone cottage that has made the most of every nook and cranny! Considering its coziness, the cottage is well-equipped and has everything you’ll need during your stay. If staying in winter, you’ll need the log burner on the go, but upstairs will be toasty and comfortable. As a host, Annette is lovely and full of recommendations and is always responsive to a message, should you need her. There are some great walks on your doorstep and having the two pubs and a couple of local shops in the village is a bonus!

Great little cottage ideally located in Staithes. Very clean with a wood burner which was welcome in the evening. Staithes is a charming, unspoilt village with some lovely coastal walks nearby. We would return to this cottage. Thank you for a lovely stay.

this place is very close to the centre of Whitby and has it's own small private courtyard. It was spotless with lovely welcome goodies and milk in the fridge. The whole place is very well equipped and ideal for a family. Zoe is great with communication and gave all the information we needed. Thank you for a great stay

We loved staying at Jackie and Izzy's cottage which was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The cottage is ideally located for exploring North Yorkshire with easy access to York. A lovely stay - thank you!

What a beautiful place to stay! Forge Cottage was exactly like the photos, cosy, comfortable and perfect for couples. Everything you needed was there in the cottage, and the location was perfectly located in the heart of Robin Hood's Bay. Also close to the bus stop where we caught the bus into Whitby for the day. Would 100% recommend Forge Cottage - we loved our stay!

My husband & I loved our stay at Rachael's place in Pickering. The location couldn't be any better! Mere minutes walk to great shops, restaurants & attractions. We'll be back in the summertime!

The cottage was by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Everything you needed was in the cottage, and of a very good quality. The cottage was beautiful, from the outside and was modern, clean and fresh inside. The instructions and recommendations from Emma were fantastic. The surroundings were truly magnificent, rolling hills, a lovely stream, and even some horses for a couple of days we were there. We have young children and it was great to have a stair gate, and plastic plates etc available to save us from having to pack so much. We didn’t fancy the drive to York on our first day, so we took a short drive to Malton and got on the train to York, which was so easy! We had a day out in Whitby and a visit to castle Howard, as well as a beautiful little walk by the stream at the house. It really was a magical few days for us, and would recommend to anyone.

The location is very peaceful and the Stables is part of a very impressive complex of farm buildings. The cottage facilities are very good particularly the shower. The kitchen however could benefit from an extractor fan. The local pub the New Inn is a real find and is the brewery tap to the village brewery. However you will need to be fit to walk it as it lies up a long steep hill. Overall a very good venue.

We chose Autumn Cottage for our annual Christmas and New Year stay near Filey visiting family. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. Best of all it was warm and cosy for a winter break. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Joe’s place for a long weekend. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of the seafront road. The living room and main bedroom look out across the sea. We couldn’t have picked a better weekend to go, pure blue sky and sun so waking up to the view every day was amazing. Our dog felt right at home. Access was easy and we had no issues at all. We will 100% be booking again next time we’re up in Filey.

The place was lovely to stay in. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay there. The host was always responsive and kind. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to stay for work or leisure. I would definitely come back here again.

Me and 4 other girls had a lovely weekend at this cottage. We were there for a relaxed weekend and that is exactly what we did. Lovely and warm, modern decor, shower was nice and warm. Nice little treats were left for us. Tesco nearby in Filey to buy food, as well as plenty places to go for food in Filey. Recommend China China for Chinese takeaway. Victoria was also very good with communication and a friendly service.

Came here with my partner for a relaxing weekend away and we couldn’t fault it! Very homely and of course the hot tub was a big perk! Stone throw away via car from local villages around and not far from the sea side so plenty to do locally. Lovely host and a quick response when needed to ask about anything also!

We had a fabulous short break here. The cottage was perfect for us.. homely and comfortable with everything we needed. The sea views from the bathroom were fantastic, and you’re right on the Cleveland Way path. It is quiet and relaxing, but only a mile and a bit to Staithes if the urge for fish and chips hits! Kathy was a very friendly and responsive host. We loved it, thank you!
