A lovely caravan in a beautifully quiet location with a great view, but on a park which offers lots of activities and facilities. Really comfortable beds. Ideal for couples as 3 doubles. Sharon always replied quickly when I messaged and was helpful. I’m sure we will be back in the future.

We booked this place last minute, but it turned out to be a great choice. A large property that amply accommodated our group.

Had a fantastic stay at Kristians house. Great communication, Kristian was very responsive, replying immediately to any query. House had everything you would need and in a great peaceful location. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. My family and I stayed at Nigrita’s delightful little apartment whilst holidaying in England visiting relatives. From check in until check out the hosting was communicative, quick and incredibly accommodating. In addition there are fantastic walks in the Essex countryside on your doorstep! we would love to stay again.

Sarah really went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of ! The home is absolutely gorgeous. I was praised in the group for finding such a beautiful place. I lowkey want to gatekeep this place and keep it all to myself, ahaha but honestly this home was so lovely, and peaceful.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

This was my second stay at this property, and once again, it was a great experience. Jane is an excellent host; always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions. The property is in a lovely, quiet location with excellent parking. Thank you again

we used the home while working in the area as a base. it is very clean and tidy, and would deff use again if we are in the area.

Only a brief one night stay as we were visiting family nearby, Joyce’s place was clean and comfortable. Neighbourhood a little noisy, but it was a Saturday night. Felt at home otherwise. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Although it is a small cottage it is well equipped . We stayed for a month and felt thoroughly at home. There was plenty of room for two of us. There is a small area to sit directly outside the cottage which is quite private and is in the sun all day. It was useful to have our own parking space. All the neighbours are friendly and we were able to walk to local restaurants and pubs. It is also well served with direct trains to London and a very regular bus service to local places. Lainie checked to make sure we were settled in and assured us that she was available if needed. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

This was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting Chelmsford for a wedding. The home was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The host Denny was very helpful and communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here if visiting the area again.

We stayed at Gbenga's property during a work trip and we really liked it. It felt like a real home and had a lovely garden. It was secure had a very well equipped kitchen
