Where do I start! Well from start to finish 5 stars + ⭐️ The communication was almost straight away anything I asked they could answer, the pictures do not do the property justice as the property is beautiful. You are with the locals which I loved its quite so peaceful but if you want the hassle of Sharm it's 10 minutes drive. If you drive it's easy si I would suggest getting a car I didn't but they have a local taxi man Ahmed who was very cheap and took us out most days he was available when ever we needed him. There is also a lovey man Shaben who is staff and he keeps the property looking spotless. This villa is like home from home there's nothing that could be improved we cooked there is everything. The beds are comfortable with hot water to shower, a heated pool with beautiful surroundings what more do you need if you are renting, nothing. Lastly, I would like I like to say thank you to the team for being on point and so friendly, I have shared your property we loved it 😍.

Our stay here was AMAZING! Everything from check in to check out was perfect. We were collected from the airport and taken to the villa where there was boxes of water already in the fridge for us. At all times moshen was available. He even collected us the next day to show us around and allow us to a do a big food shop at the supermarket before bringing us back again. Hassan and Taib are also most helpful and polite. They were all available any time we needed anything from advice to clean towels. We can’t wait to visit again soon. 💜

we felt very comfortable in Mohsen's villa. It is quietly located in a guarded compound - away from the tourist crowds. It is about 20 minutes to the center of Hurghada and El Gouna. Ride that's easy to travel with an Uber. The house is really very spacious and nicely decorated. Since it was still quite cold in February at night, we really appreciated the extra blankets and heaters. Because of the nightly air traffic, I had some trouble sleeping, but the other family members didn't feel disturbed. Mohsen is a superb host. He was always there for us throughout the stay, for which I would like to thank him again.

I have been traveling over 15 years and this is one of the best experience I have. The community is quiet and safe, commercial is good enough for the stay. And the host Morcos is nicest! He helps us for everything! I can’t thank him more for providing such a nice staycation in el gouna. 中国人不骗中国人，这地方也太棒了.安全且安静.虽然不那么便宜，但是很实惠，4 间房各有特色，虽然离市中心有点远，去潜水啥的需要打个远车，但是社区里休闲餐厅啥的非常不错了，比外面好得多，也贵一丢丢，但是我们觉得很好。去机场的时候Uber司机集体坐地起价，管理员Morcos帮我们叫了车，还提前付了定金，油用完了他也很快送过来，非常nice的管理员嘞。

House suitable for a couple of friends as it has 2 bedrooms with independent bathrooms equipped with large closets and lockbox and on a beautiful terrace from which to admire the sea. Downstairs a large living room where you can spend the hours of the after-dinner in front of the television. A large kitchen, perhaps a little dated, but equipped with all the necessary furnishings. But the thing that makes it precious and the extreme proximity to the beach and the sea... and one last thing, but last but not least is the extreme availability of the owners Tomas and Stefania, always available at all times to answer your questions and give you suggestions and tips of all kinds to make your vacation comfortable and comfortable. In conclusion, we spent 2 weeks of enchantment.

Am petrecut o vacanta minunata in Las Cabanas. The owner Mo was very responsive to our requests, responding to questions immediately. On this occasion, I congratulate him on his promptness and concern for the client. The cleanliness in the villa was ok, which is good for Egypt. The villa is equipped with almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the complex there is a restaurant and a shop where you can make your daily shopping. In the area of the villa you can make quiet scubadiving, admiring the fabulous flora and fauna of the Red Sea, without any eminent danger (sharks) because there are some large alveoli in time in the reef, away from the area that delimits the edge of the reef and the sea. I could suggest (if possible) that at longer periods of accommodation (2 weeks) it should be ensured at least once the change of towels, linens and general cleaning by the staff of the complex. Everything was great: sun, sea and beach!

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

We had a fantastic stay during Eid vacation! The house was perfectly furnished, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the amazing mesca beach, 5 mins away by car from S.cape beach and 7 mins away by car from Soma Bay Marina. Magdy was incredibly supportive and responsive, any questions we had were answered quickly and helpfully, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

I am very satisfied, the place was so clean and the house was so cute and the pool was clean and very big. The pictures don’t do justice for how nice the house is, it really is better in real life. I really recommend it, and the host was great, very responsive and friendly, he allowed early check in and late check out which was great since my family could sleep in more. I took my mother and siblings there and they were very pleased, they enjoyed the pool and we all wished to stay longer haha. The WiFi is good for simple things during the day but in the night it is a bit slow but nothing too bad. The whole process was smooth and if I’m ever back in Saudi for a vacation I’ll definitely go there again! :)

When I was in Ankam I was fascinated by the villa and the amenities.. just WOW, a direct pool in front of your garden, 3 bathrooms which was very convenient for us, private parking, and not to forget the view of the beach. I will be back.

The location was perfect, the home was clean, and Mark was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended
