Ideally located 10-15 minutes walk from the historic centre (Palais des Princes Bishops), the Palais train station (or St Lambert train station), the Opera House and the pedestrian streets of the city centre.

Duplex with amazing views

Once you arrive on the 9th floor of this building with an elevator, you will enter a real cocoon bathed in light. The apartment is indeed very bright and has two bedrooms. Its main asset is its panoramic view of the Meuse. It has a small, well oriented balcony and, at nightfall, the lit city becomes a real spectacle. At the foot of the famous Marché de la Batte on Sundays and a short walk to Rue Hors-Chateau and the center.

Terrace, parking (fee) and bikes ! Stay in this superb renovated flat and you will enjoy a very central but very quiet location, in a pedestrian no-way-out street. Just in front of the museum of walloon life, one of the most beautiful one in the city. At the end of the day, you will enjoy the jets bathtub , a tea or coffee, in your finely decorated accomodation. You will feel like in an expensive suite in a hotel !
