Lovely spacious two bedroom one bathroom apartment with a fantastic view of the South Coast. Apartment recently remodeled (Jan 2019) and boasts an open concept kitchen with many conveniences to make your stay enjoyable. The apartment is well ventilated and cool year round. Bedrooms ONLY have AC. The apartment is screened and secure. Five to ten minutes by car from some of the best beaches (Dover, Worthing and Rockley), banks, post office, supermarket, pharmacy, Church, restaurants and bars.

Mallard Bay House # 2 Silver Sands

Lovely property right by the ocean with 2 independent studios; # 2 studio is on the ground floor exposed to the breeze coming from the east and can sleep 2 people; the bedding can be either a king size bed or 2 single ones, so please let us know in advance what you’d prefer; the unit has a/c, kitchenette, bathroom and a patio with a fantastic view of the ocean. Silver Sands Is not a central area, renting a car would be a good idea.
