Cozy getaway downtown!

Small but cozy apartment fully equipped for 4 people. Anything to make you feel at home! Our little corner has a beautiful night view of the city and a wonderful view of Serra da Mantiqueira and the Paraíba do Sul River. We have Internet access via wi fi and Netflix for your entertainment. Building with an elevator, private garage, swimming pool(temporarily under maintenance) and security cameras. It's close to all that a mall has to offer. We look forward to seeing you!

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
