Family-friendly holiday rentals in Residencial Haciendas de Tequisquiapan

An excellent place to spend a couple of pleasant days with family or friends. The place has many options for hosting quite a few people. It is a little far from the center, which makes it ideal for peace of mind, but it has to be taken into account when buying groceries. The attention of both the host and his team is impeccable, no complaints. 100% recommended.

Excellent service, always very attentive, very close to the center, in general everything is fine.

Everything is excellent, the only thing is that when the address appeared as "Barrio de San Juan" the GPS sent us to a street with the same name in the neighboring town of San Juan del Rio, but the host was always in communication and it was quite easy to get to once we clarified where to enter. The stay was very pleasant, tidy, clean and quite equipped. It's a quiet place to relax and there are quite friendly puppies.

It is a very spacious and beautiful place, it takes more time to make the most of the place. I recommend it.

It is a quiet place, in which you can enjoy being disconnected from everyday life. Linda was always cut and I support us with all the questions we had. It's a good place to move downtown as it's a 5-minute walk away.

Rafael's villa seemed very nice, very clean and the facilities very cozy. It was very easy to find it since it is very close to the center, we arrived on foot from the station and it is a very fast and safe path, as Rafael told me. The facilities are very well cared for, there is a green area that surrounds the villas, with pool, and several activities, and in general it is very nice to pass the time. In terms of the apartment, the only thing to keep in mind is that if the reservation is for 6 people, two will have to sleep in the room (where there are two sofa beds) as there are only two bedrooms, one with a very large and comfortable bed (king size) and the other with two twin beds, also very comfortable. We were 4 so it was very, very comfortable since we used both rooms :) I highly recommend it, and we would definitely stay again!

the house is very convenient in its distribution. Many rooms and all with their bathroom, that's a big plus when traveling with several families the kitchen with everything you need, coffee maker, refrigerator, barbecue, plates, glasses, etc. the incredible fire pit and terrace. Great garden and very well kept. very, close to downtown. 8 min walk.

Everything is excellent, the house, attention, place, cleanliness and assistance recommended. We also liked the pool and amenities.

It's a beautiful house. He is huge, very father for a cohabitation of a couple of days. The bad thing is that it is far from any area with shops, Oxxo, restaurants, etc. so it is better to take your things, food, drinks, water, etc.

Nice place with plenty of room to stay. A small kitchen, but good equipment. Just outside of centro about 500 meters with a great coffee shop just 2 blocks away and walkable everywhere. The wi-fi did not work well at all, so working remotely would require your own hotspot or something to get adequate bandwidth. We worked with the host to try to get it to match the promised speed, but was not able to get above 10 mbps.

The cabin is just as in the photos, very nice and with spectacular views of the rock. The park/nature reserve is super well cared for and excellent for climbing (both sport climbing and Boulder).

Everything was very good. We had a pleasant day, the place matches the description, David is always on the lookout since we arrived, I definitely recommend it.

The only negative detail is the pool water was never warm even though the boiler was on, I do not know if the boiler is small for the size of the pool or did not work properly, the person who did not attend was limited in saying that it was on and showed it to me, but the water was lukewarm cold.

Excellent location, communication with them was quick, the place is nice, the boiler was requested so the water in the pool lasted hot all day. I recommend it!

very large house, very large spaces. you have everything to eat. the furniture and decor are already very old even all the bedrooms have carpet and suddenly a lot of heat is locked. The temperature of the pool is excellent however in much smaller than what is appreciated but the fact that this roof has all the advantage. the 5 children who were the enjoyment much. Important recommendation. bring raid lamitas to be placed in the boxes and/or gneral throughout the house as there are many mosquitoes. and tmbn repelente for when this is out.

Enrique and Nora's home is so charming, full of beautiful antiques and character. The jardín is quite large, well manicured, and full of spectacular flowering pants and cacti. The pool is very clean and was surprisingly warm - very refreshing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home was clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Best of all, our hosts were warm and welcoming, and they were flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The location is a 5 minute walk to Oxxo and a 15 minute easy flat walk to Centro. We had a wonderful time relaxing and having dinner at the zócalo, and we hope to return again soon. This home is a gem! ¡Gracias Enrique y Nora!
