Good afternoon. I've left 5 stars at every stage. Quiet, clean and private place. We all really like the place. A very good play area. Very convenient location and a nearby market. Very good. Thanks to José for always replying to us and to the Daniel who helped when we need it. I recommend the place to everyone. See you next time.

Great stay. Highlight for cleaning the house and linen. The pool had the water somewhat cloudy but it was quickly resolved by the host as soon as we contacted it. Great place for rest and family outfits.

We were delighted with the house! Exactly as in the listing. All very clean and modern. To see that each item was designed for the guest's well-being. Alan responded quickly from the first contact, a very quiet and solicitous person. We plan to come back more often for sure!

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

My family and I spent wonderful days at Cleide's property, we felt at home. The condominium where the house is located has a spectacular structure, especially for those who go with children, as it is very quiet, has bike paths, outdoor parks, access to the club, gym and practically private beach. We were during the carnival period and even though it was a more agitated time, it was super quiet. There was no noise after 22h, as determined by the condominium rule. We'll definitely be back for more opportunities!

Very good house, beautiful spaces and consistent with the photos. We were made to feel very welcome by Petrônio. The pool was clean, has a great shower outside the house, neat rooms, a full kitchen. We only think that it sinned a little in the cleaning inside the bathroom box that had a kind of "mud " in the drains where we took a bath that lacked attention, because it came out easy , and because of this only using one of the bathrooms and two other details of attention in the cleaning, but nothing that made the stay unfeasible or that did not resolve. I recommend it

Wow!!! what an amazing place. Katiane and Aninha were great. Fábio’s place is paradise on Earth. We went for a family reunion, 3 night stay and we all had a hard time to leave. Highly recommended ☀️🇧🇷

The house itself is cozy, well-maintained, and offers stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying a drink on the terrace at sunset was truly magical. If you’re looking for a place that combines relaxation with easy access to the island’s vibrant energy, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

the house is so cute. Local fulfills what you propose: peace and quiet. All very clean. Hosting staff very helpful and polite. Well equipped. I really enjoyed it and plan to come back. You have a few points of attention for the traveler: 1) if you are going with your dog, the ground fence does not prevent escape so you have to keep an eye. (we were informed before and, because we have an elderly dog, we had no problems). 2) the toilet space in the bathroom is small, for us it didn't make a difference, but if it's someone bigger 3) the room is large, air-conditioning works super well, but the mattress is one of the "softer", I prefer it firmer.

Very cozy space, we are pleased with the accommodation. We thank the Anfritian Danilo and the employee Tati for the impeccable reception, always very helpful and attentive. And we recommend the stay and hopefully return soon.
