Super chic and great place to stay, the kitchen is very well equipped. the garden was perfect for playing for our 1.5 year old daughter. Highly recommended

A great big house that is equipped with all the comforts. The jacuzzi is really great. Klaas responds quickly and is very friendly. We are even allowed to check in a little earlier and there is a welcome package with a sweet card. There are grease balls in the garden so there are a lot of birds to see. We had a lovely relaxing weekend.

Judith and Mark were consummate hosts who warmly welcomed us. Judith provided fresh flowers throughout the house, welcome pastries and home-made jam. The house was so much like home that the fully equipped kitchen inspired us not only to cook every day but also to bake, using cookbooks from the kitchen shelves. The surroundings are peaceful and private as described, with beautiful gardens, attracting birds and butterflies. The area is great for long walks. The house is a bucolic retreat to the countryside, a great place to recharge.

A very pleasant welcome, with a small tour. All the adjustments that were made for me and consultation were well arranged. As agreed, a short app contact from time to time and also an exciting acnefiet was solved acutely, with humor🫢🤣! Also enjoyed the bath!! The delivery also went volt and hassle-free. Nothing but nothing was disappointing for me. We have enjoyed optimally for 2 weeks!!!! For me, the low stimulant environment and nature around Groesbeek were very healing. Highly recommended for bon vivants!!

A wonderful stay to spend a weekend with the family. The lovely open kitchen and the wood-fired hot tub were the reason we chose the house. Very nice and nicely decorated. In short.. recommended!

We had a very nice weekend with two couples and 4 small kids in Bart and Bas's cottage. The house is cozy and there are lots of toys available for the kids which was very convenient! Also quick and clear communication with the hosts which was very nice. There is an outdoor and indoor playground, a petting zoo and a swimming pool in the park. So we didn't have to go far to entertain ourselves and the kids. In short, with all the facilities nearby and the nice house we were able to have a very relaxing weekend together!

We had a great time. The house offers all you need. Very nice with its own garden and great that there were bicycles. Friendly hosts and beautiful surroundings.

The photos actually don't exude enough how cozy the space is and how beautiful the grounds are with the farm and this outbuilding. It is very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, good heating, nice shower. You can hop on a mountain bike route or hike up the Sallandse Heuvelrug.

We had a very nice time at Laurens' house in Ruurlo. Everything was gezellig. The kids enjoyed seeing the horses and playing outside. It was rural but not very far from grocery stores etc.

We had such a lovely girls trip and we’re basking every day in the sun on the patio and enjoyed many rounds of of the sauna. The nearby Klompenpad was also perfect for a long run through the countryside! We hope to be back!

Our second stay here, it’s a brilliant find, far bigger than it looks in photos! Very large bed, great kitchen, deep seats on sofa, fab location, lovely place to stay, highly recommend!!

Eveline & Bastiaan, thank you providing such a beautifully furnished and equipped accommodation. We specifically enjoyed the privacy and remoteness of the accommodation and the fact that it is securely located within the private grounds of your house made us feel at ease that our bicycles could be stored safely. The beds are very comfortable and with the stillness of the night we were guaranteed a great nights sleep. Parking within the grounds was very convenient and made it easy to unload and load our luggage. Thank you for being available to assist with advice. Highly recommended b&b! Nice arrival where we were well received (including clear instructions and tips). Bart and Wilma are very friendly people with whom we had nice contact. Cottage is very cozy, beds are well laid out and a lovely shower. There is a lot of light coming in, which is pleasant. Furthermore, a good location, on the edge of a beautiful forest. On the terrace you are also well in the sun!

Anita and Antoin are very kind and helpful owners! The house fully met our expectations and it was wonderful to stay there. We're definitely going back there!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosé and Adri’s place. Easy and quick check in. Inside was very cozy and clean, the bed and couch are quite big and very comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped. Shower and comfort room are also nice and tidy. Rosé is such a nice and sweet host. I really appreciate the wine and birthday card. We were both satisfied with our stay! It was indeed a lovely trip and I’m glad that I was able to celebrate my birthday at their lovely home. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!!

The house was very easy to reach and corresponded exactly to the description and photos in the listing. It was very clean and the service was excellent! Communication was very easy and Heleen was proactively approached me. Check-in was extremely simple and flexible. We would always travel there again!
