Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

House features queen master with deck overlooking the pond. 2nd bedroom features a full bed with twin bunk bed above along with a stand alone twin bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Perfect for one or two couples to share. Full kitchen and laundry along with WiFi and streaming services. Use of 2 kayaks and pedal boat. Just two miles from I-95, so everything in southern New England is just minutes away!!

Kayak from the back yard or walk to restaurants, shops and Brickley's Ice cream. A 7 minute ride to Narragansett Town beach and 3 other beaches within 10 minutes. 26 minutes to Newport. The house has a paddleboard, kayak and canoe to use from the backyard of the property. You can paddle down to Point Judith saltwater pond or go north to the Mews Tavern
