Lovely villa and breath taking views. The highlight was the pool area. Giannis was a brilliant host, check-in and out was very smooth and he was very responsive to our questions via Wattsapp. Maritsa village was a special find. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars, but filled with locals rather than tourists. We found a great bar five mins from the villa called Alonia. The owner and the bar lady were really friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Booking this accommodation for my trip to Rhodes was truly a stroke of luck. It’s amazing to have access to a place of this quality at such an affordable price. We had a wonderful time for 2 weeks in this little house. The tranquility, the nature, the seclusion from, for example, noisy hotels, we enjoyed it very much! The animals, cats and goats were also a lot of fun. On the day of arrival, we met with the landlords, no problem with a link from Google Maps, and they led us to the house and showed us everything and had even already provided water, coffee, a fruit basket and wine for us. Even toilet paper, shower gel and detergent were ready, you feel right at home. The house was spotless and everything looked like new! Very well maintained. There were plenty of great towels and linens and the bed was very comfortable. If you didn't feel like walking the 10 minutes to the beach, you could refresh yourself wonderfully in the hot tub, a dream. I liked using the outdoor shower, where else can you shower under a starry sky? We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the time!

Perfect location. The hosts were very responsive and well organised. The rooms were beautiful and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

The personal contact on site was also great and smooth. We felt very safe and comfortable at the place. The place is modern, clean and has everything you need. Tina is a brilliant host - always on hand to offer advice and recommendations to make your stay special. Lots of lovely welcoming touches , such as a well stocked fridge and a series of home made treats. Great attention to detail - the villa was spotlessly clean on arrival with lots of useful items often missing in other lets - loads of utensils, cleaning stuff, and pantry essentials etc, basically everything you need to feel at home and to let you start enjoying your holiday from the start . The Villa is in a good location , on a quiet hillside about a 10 minute drive to the coast and all the shops and restaurants at Faliraki. You’d need a car or scooter to make the most of the location and to explore the island . Would definitely recommend.

Great communication with the host and met on arrival. As described in a great position with the beach across the road, we had a car and found parking easy each day. The house was extremely well equipped with everything you may need for your stay and spotlessly clean. Lovely terrace at the front we enjoyed sitting out with morning coffee and late night drinks. We had a lovely time the resort itself Is charming with some lovely restaurants overlooking the beach and would highly recommend the accommodation and the area for a Relaxing beach stay.

The house, a haven of peace with a neat decor, enchanted three generations – two babies, their parents and grandparents. We all enjoyed the calm (despite the occasional passage of planes), the ideal location for exploring the entire island, as well as the breathtaking sea and island views. The space was perfectly equipped, and Argy welcomed us warmly, like royalty. Thanks so much for everything!

We spontaneously decided on kitesurfing holidays on Fanes and came across this accommodation. For this type of vacation the property is perfect (2 min walk from the Meltemi kite club, plenty of space and garden hose available). The place was significantly better than shown in the pictures (very bright, super quiet location, sea and sunset view, 2 bathrooms with shower & toilet). One small drawback is that the air conditioning is located in the living-dining area, so it was quite warm in the bedroom. In addition, there was a slightly damp smell in the cottage at the beginning. A car is strongly recommended, as the shopping facilities are about a 20-minute walk away. We would definitely stay at this place again.

We just had the most wonderful time at the eco house. We miss the calmness and tranquility. The stars, the sound of the sound of the cicadas, the cats and the entire space.Thanks Petrus for everything... We still enjoy the delicious olive oil from your garden that you gave us. We all hope to meet again.

Areti’s place in based in a very good area, easily connected with very nice beaches, good restaurants. The house is very cosy and the patio is lovely. Areti is very nice, helpful and approachable. We would definitely recommend it and go back in future.

Very nice place, suggest to everybody, who are not looking for party disco! Some noise coming from the street, because of the traffic, but usually we were on the beach, so it`s ok. We traveled with small child and Panagiotis were very kind to prepared house early in the morning for us. Car parking - amaizing, behind the house, so even during the day, when it`s hot, car covered from the sun!

Lovely spacious cool. great to swim looking at that view!. Easy bus or taxi not so far by foot to lindos but can be hot to do that
