Splendid pool vacation with private garden! Apt.1

1,5 km from the gorgeous white beaches Grotticelli & Tonò! Apartment is located on the ground floor of two floors building - gated complex "Giardino degli Ulivi" with amazing swimming pool and parking space. Large day area with sofa bed and TV, kitchen and dinning with exit to covered garden with relax area and dinning table. Fist bedroom with double bed and bathroom inside and second bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom. Airconditioning in every room and ecquipped kitchen!

In the historic centre - Perfect for smart working

The apartment is a very comfortable three roomed apartment with a large and bright living/cooking area, two cosy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Wifi, tv, and a big panoramic balcony. Sofa bed situated in the living area allows you to have more guests. In total you have 110 square meters plus the terrace. The WiFi connection is excellent. 200 meters from the main square and 150 from Murat Castle. Just 30km away are the windy beaches of Gizzeria Lido, cult destinations for Kitesurfing.

Very nice apartment of 85 m2 for 4 people, located on the second floor, completely renovated in a former "palazzo of the eighteenth century" . Right in the historic center of Tropea with sea view and view on 2 squares with 2 balconies. High ceilings characteristic of beautiful old buildings, and air conditioning in all rooms. Double-glazed windows and blackout shutters. Wide and comfortable access staircase.

Luminoso e moderno Appartamento di 55 mq: 1 stanza da letto, un soggiorno con cucina super-accessoriata ed un comodo divano-letto, 1 bagno. Vicino al mare, in una zona con banca, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, farmacia. Vicino al centro storico. WIFI free; parcheggio pubblico libero in zona.
