Amazing stay! The apartment is perfect and you feel right at home immediately. Very close to beach and about a 10 min bike ride from the town. Would definitely come back!

This was the second time we stayed at Vincenzo's apartment. It was a great stay! With spring weather we could use the front balcony with its beautiful views (you can see the sea so well on a clear day!). We will definitely be back!

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Really quiet and well-served area, perfect for relaxing but also comfortable to reach the center and other attractions nearby. The apartment is attention to detail, very clean, well furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities, from the equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. Since booking, the host has been very kind and always available, providing us with support and quick responses. Upon our arrival (with early check-in), he gave us all the instructions to easily access the phone, which was very convenient. He also provided us with a detailed guide with recommended restaurants, supermarkets... We felt right at home, our dog was also very well set. A very pleasant stay, we highly recommend it!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

It was an amazing apartament. It was a first apartament building to the sea. So the sea was like 15 meters away. The balcony has an amazing view of the sea, mountains and the beach. Overall the accommodation and the apartament itself, was very impressive. I would definitely recommend spending time there!

great location, easy check-in with the possibility of fixing an earlier time, close to the beach, train station and the city center, well-maintained and clean apartment, big plus for air conditioning the😉 only thing I would change is a larger amount of toilet paper and garbage bags, I generally recommend !!

The accommodation is as described, very large spaces and private parking. Great for those of us who have a furry friend. Great location for those who want to be close to the sea but also need tranquility. Easy to get to the old town with a walk. There is also a very good pastry shop nearby. The host was very nice and also recommended restaurants. Recommended 😊

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Hotel Beautiful, cared for, clean and in a very central area, we spent a week in a beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, clean and cared for in every detail. Upon arrival, Valentina was very kind in showing us both the parking and the apartment and explaining the house rules in detail. We highly recommend the property and will definitely consider another stay with them next year.

The location and pool were as described and very clean. Roberta was a good host and was always available for our questions.

Best place for 2 family vacation. Apparent with 2 rooms and 3 bedrooms is perfect. Swimming pool is nice bonus! Just a bit colder cold be :) but ether than that all was perfect! Even safe parking included!

We had a wonderful stay! The landlords were very friendly and accommodating and always easily accessible ! The property is a little off the beaten path and you have your privacy there. However, El Pesaro, Rimini and San Marino are not too far away if you want to do anything. For a group stay, the house is also perfectly equipped. Finally, upon arrival, we were even served a cake and a snack prepared by the landlords during the week, which was very nice:)
